OMG, love these subs over all others! Must add the works, jalapeño peppers to a turkey & cheese. I get mustard on mine too with jalapeño chips. Absolutely a great sandwich! This trip I added a malt. They had some really unique flavors. The best!!! I’m craving going back my first chance.
This is a pretty good sub shop. Extensive sandwhich menu. Good people to assist. My sub tasted very good and they made it the exact way I want it! I will be back to try other food.
Nice location. They are opened til 8pm during the week day. I was dissecting my $13.60 sandwich. Is that an ounce of beef and an ounce of ham on my #8?

The Outdoorsman is amazing, the employees are awesome and friendly, the atmosphere is eclectic. They are very fast and efficient making your food. Love this place.

This place is better than potbelly and subway COMBINED! You will never find a better meatball sub or fresh cut sub anywhere else. The bread fluffy and the sauces are amazing, and with a beautiful friendly smile to boot, give this place the love that it wants to give back
The sandwiches were great. The staff was very patient while I took time to look over the menu since there were so many options! Great price and nice dining area.
The great sub shop has been here forever! I usually order The Great Outdoorsman with the works on it. (Turkey pastrami, capicola, spiced ham, salami, bologna, pepperoni and cheese) and the work is (Lettuce, Red Onions, Ripe Tomatoes, Wine Vinegar, Salad Oil, Oregano, Parmesan & Salt). My bf ordered the Reuben sandwich. We have been here many times before and the sandwiches are always great but today the bread didn't taste as fresh. We also got a 4oz potato salad and it was delicious! Also the chips are smaller bags so we got 2 bags a person. We definitely will still come back. Parking is easy and not as busy on weekends and week nights. They are more busy during the weekday lunches. If you are in a hurry you can order online and pick up or have door dash deliver to you.
Solid subs sliced fresh. High variety of good quality cold cuts. Staff is friendly but service can be a little slow depending on what you order. Lemonade for some reason takes an eternity.
All time Dallas favorite. Been eating there since it opened! Food consistently good.
