Amazing! Best pastrami in town! Steaks are without comparison! Chef James and chef Michael are eager to please and the most kind gentlemen you'll meet! Highly recommend this little shop for lunch, dinner, and take home delicacies! Try the fois gras bratwurst! You can't go wrong here!

The BEST butchered meat we’ve ever had!!! Special friends had some Wagyu Steaks flown into Vail for a special night of food, fun and fellowship! It was the most wonderful night and the steaks were the highlight of the evening!!! Thank you to The Meat Shop Dallas for the most amazing meal!!!
Fantastic spot. Been coming here for two years now and their meat is fantastic but pales in comparison to their customer service. Great guys behind the counter always happy to assist! Hidden gem is the pastrami Reuben for lunch.
Moved here 6 months ago and been trying all of the butcher shops, I love the passion, sourcing and approach by all of them. It was not a contest, but The Meat Shop takes the prize for beef..:elite level. Bought 3 strips, grilled and savored with my family. Best steak we’ve ever had, makes Mastros or Al Biernat’s taste like skirt steak. Very $$ and likely for special occasions, but dang it was good.
