Amazing! Best pastrami in town! Steaks are without comparison! Chef James and chef Michael are eager to please and the most kind gentlemen you'll meet! Highly recommend this little shop for lunch, dinner, and take home delicacies! Try the fois gras bratwurst! You can't go wrong here!

The BEST butchered meat we’ve ever had!!! Special friends had some Wagyu Steaks flown into Vail for a special night of food, fun and fellowship! It was the most wonderful night and the steaks were the highlight of the evening!!! Thank you to The Meat Shop Dallas for the most amazing meal!!!
Super friendly staff and amazing food, the Brisket Hoagie was delicious! It was my first time in today...I'll definitely be back! Their selection of great cuts of meat, cheeses, and sausages is unmatched. You won't be disappointed!

Amazing service, and there are a few tables with people hanging out and chatting. Beer on tap and different drinks available as well. The butcher actually answered all our questions with details on how to cook it, for how long, on which fire and up to which temperature... As well as where the cow was from, how they raise most of the animals that they end up selling and what they've done to make it to such a position of pride and great service. I can't recommend this place more.
Oh, and by the way, the piece of Ribeye that we bought is, still to date, the best piece of grilled meat I have EVER tasted. Thank you so very much.

Fantastic spot. Been coming here for two years now and their meat is fantastic but pales in comparison to their customer service. Great guys behind the counter always happy to assist! Hidden gem is the pastrami Reuben for lunch.
Best ribeye I’ve ever cooked!
Great selection of pre-cooked and raw meats. Sides were really good too. The brisket was great and was the best re-heated brisket I've ever had, although admittedly that's not a tall bar to clear. The pimento cheese was smokey and spicy, I recommend that as well. We'll be back.
This place is greatness. It had been on my mind to checkout and so I dropped by to pick up a steak for dinner. They recommended a cut that I hadn't tried before -- chuck flap. It looked like a mini strip with really beautiful marbling.
Cooked it in cast iron over medium-high for 4.5 minutes on each side. Kosher salt and a small slab of Irish butter.
It was one if the best butchered steaks that I have had in a long time. Good work and thank you for the recommendation.
