I eat lunch later than most so I’ve always walked in and ordered it to go no problem. I prefer local places but, I absolutely love the beef brisket and cheddar at firehouse. Even their house sauce has great flavor to it. Add cholula chipotle sauce or anything with the choices they have.

The first thing I will say is that the subs at firehouse are good. With that being said the service is terrible. When I placed my order online the website said that my order would be ready at 12:09 I show up to the store and they aren't very busy but my sub isn't ready. I wait patiently until 12:20. After sitting there and waiting I notice that a woman that walked in to order after I was already there got her sandwich. I was a little frustrated because I ordered my sub at least 10 minutes before this person and I'm still waiting. I walk over to the person that I think is the manager, because her shirt is a different color than the other employees. When I ask the manager about my sandwich she acts as though I am bothering her then turns around to ask one of the employees. My sandwich was ready and sitting there the whole time behind the counter on top of some dusty piece of equipment. The employee hands me the sub and says "2 cookies right?" I say "yes" and proceed to walk out but I notice that there are no cookies with my sandwich. Turn around to tell the manager that I don't have any cookies and she rolls her eyes to tell me that I need to get the cookies myself. Excuse me but how was I supposed to know that.
In short I really think firehouse should consider finding some people that can pretend to like there job a little better.

Unsure if they have new staff but every order while I was in store was wrong. My personal order I asked for the grilled mushroom veggie i received only lettuce and tomatoes and I asked for no tomato. I also asked for and payed for an extra pickle and didn’t even get one. The people before and after me were missing additions to their meals as well. There should def be a supervisor checking food before it’s given out. As a vegetarian this is most def my first and last visit to this location.

I like their food. First time going to this location and it's empty except one employee on her phone sitting near the door. I've been standing here writing this while I wait for someone to come help me. More customers have come in and are behind me. The employees came back after about 5-10 minutes.
So yeah food is great. Service is ?. This was at 6pm too.
Also took more than 10 minutes to make my medium sub when I was the first order. I feel bad for the people who were behind me, as I was the first order
