Food is fantastic. Restaurant vibes just weren't my style. It's more of a club (loud music, strobe lights, etc.) ,and the temperature inside was very cold. The bartender Jeremi was friendly and funny.
Highly recommend the Samosas and the Farmer's Choice Sausages.

First, don't be afraid to go in. This place a sweet little gem and the new owners and management are very sweet and welcoming. The food is good, however, I wish there was more variety with the beverages offered, non-alcoholic as well as libations. But, the owner does state that they are working on this matter. As stated before, the restaurant is under new management and are getting their footing back. And with some love from the community, this place can be the next premier spot in Dallas, for all people. Give the place, the people, and the food a try and keep an open mind, and I guarantee, you won't be disappointed.

We came in late on a Sunday night right before closing. Owner was extremely gracious and the meal shows it. Our server was helpful with selections. I especially like the plantains and cabbage. The buffalo wings are good also. The freshness of the food stood out. Will definitely come back to try the vast selection of African foods.

I was there on 12/23/17 at night. This place doesn't deserve a single star. We got there at 12am n spent 2 hrs trying to get a drink!! Unbelievable! How are they still in business? Make it a BYOB!....to top it off, we paid $20 to get in. I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy. The food is basic. I tried it the first time I went there. For non Kenyans, don't GO! For Kenyans, I guess it's the way business runs.

Habari gani....This was my first experience with East African food. I had the lamb stir fry while the misses had the beef stew. Being accustomed to west African dishes, I must say that we both were pleasantly surprised. Food was very good and service was also great. Only thing is the food is so good, we wished we had bigger portions. Hopefully as more people learn about this food, the selection will also grow

Called ahead like an hour ahead for the food the ready when I arrive with my family. I get there, and the waitress who was pleasant tells me that there was a mistake in the order, so wait for 15 mins.we ended waiting for another hour still same story your food is getting ready. Now clearly their was a problem. Be upfront and explain yourself. We drove 1hr away to get bad service and no food. The waiter kept saying "she take full responsibility ", like that suppose to compensate for the gas,time, and energy wasted. DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE.
