***The waiter Julyan was sooooooo nice and very helpful! His recommendation of Crabmeat Dynamite was right on. The crab and crawfish was perfectly porportion and cooked to perfection. Julyan made this one of the best Sushi experiences I ever had! Thank you for being Original. Annnndddd went a second time with Family and Friends....AMAZING!. Peace. Love. Grace.

I always have a great experience here. The sushi is great and so ar their curry dishes. Our servers are always prompt and we're never left looking around for refills or help. The overall atmosphere is really laid back and great for younger crowds (20s here)

First couple of times we came, I got the Pad Thai. Totally acceptable, good Pad Thai. Today I got Spicy Basil Fried Rice and WOWWWW! That along with the coconut soup has completely transformed my palate! Delicious!!

I love to visit this restaurant again & again! As here , you got tasty 😋 basil tofu fried rice which makes me like this place lot . The interior design of Zenna is truly admirable and staff who works here are very friendly.

Delicious deliciousness! I had the sushi and my boyfriend had the curry - we were both very pleasantly impressed with how yummy they both were! My only complaint is the lighting is a little too bright in the main area but otherwise I'm going back again and again to try all the other options!

Best HAPPY HOUR drinks and prices. Our waiter qas very friendly. Food was not coming out fast enough but relaxing environment so we didn't mind.

Best Tom Kha Gai in town!! I come in 2-3 times a week! Add the fried rice with chicken and you are in the money....

This place is great. It did take a bit to get seated in a booth but me and my family did go during dinner on a weekend. The atmosphere was peaceful and their happy hour margaritas were on point. Our order came out promptly, including my sons being first so we could keep him calm. We did not order any dessert but our meals were perfect, i highly suggest this place if you love asain cuisine. The reason for 4 stars is their parking lot wad crowded and made it a bit difficult to find nearby parking.

To be honest. . . Here we go. For one, I should've looked at the reviews before I went there in the first place. I heard it was okay to begin with from a local so I decided to give it a try for the very first time. I ended up going with a coworker and as soon as we walked in, we waited and waited at the hosts podium for roughly 10 minutes give or take until someone arrived to seat us. As soon as we sat we spent a few minutes overlooking the menu. Made our choices and sat for a few more minutes awkwardly wondering about where our server was, which we have not met yet. . . Meanwhile, I was trying to connect to their WiFi so I got up to the hostess podium to ask for the pass code. Another fail. She did not know, asked a server along the way back to our booth. He did not know. Asked another server. . . She did not know. . . So I decided to ask her if she could bring a manager out so I could get the pass code and her reply was, "Oh, we don't have a manager on duty." I was just like, W. . . T. . . F?. . . Non of them even bothered to apologize for the inconvenience. Now I get back to our booth and asked my coworker if the server came through yet. Nope. . . I looked at the bar and noticed that the bartender didn't stray away from his area much so I asked my coworker if he wants to move to the bar because we may have better service there. I then went back to the hostess podium to ask them if dining was okay at the bar just to make sure and she said yes it's fine so I asked her to let whoever that was supposed to be our server know that we are leaving their section and moving to the bar to dine. Got to the Bar and was greeted right away by a bartender named Michael. The night got a little better, he was very attentive. Placed our orders, finally. I ordered the "Thai beef boat noodles". When it came out, it did not look too appetizing. Tasted the broth, first thing that came to mind was "old". It tasted like a weird combination of Phó, curry and canned beef stew. Took my first bite of the noodles and they were overcooked, I prefer my noodles slightly chewy but not too al dente at the same time. Disappointed. I love Thai food in general and with my palette being cultured in Southeast Asian foods I definitely had high hopes and expectations. Especially when the joint stays open until 3am there must be something great about this place right? Also, I just moved here and with this area being so diverse I'm sure I won't have trouble finding another spot for Thai grub. I just hope there wouldn't be too much more disappointment.

If I could give a negative 10, I would. Safe handling of food, especially raw fish, does not appear to be high on their list, according to health inspection reports, that followed our severe food poisoning from this restaurant (as in, landed my brother in the emergency room, costing him thousands of dollars). Management's lack of concern became pretty obvious, when many of the issues were still not handled, even in the 2nd inspection - which occurred more than a month after we first reported the restaurant. Had they shown any concern to us, after I called and emailed several times, I wouldn't even have written this. Their underwhelming response left me no choice. On the plus side, the atmosphere is nice, and the service is usually pretty good. Just don't eat or drink anything...

We sat in the bar area and we were told that we would not have a server. we had to get up to order from the bar, we also had to get up and get our drinks. so we got up every time our food came and every time our beer came. I've been going there for years and not sure why they had no servers taking care of us. there were plenty of servers and the place was not busy. I think it's under new ownership or management. Very dissatisfied with the service! that said, happy hour prices are the best in town and the food is still pretty good. The one bartender that was taking care of us was pretty cool tho.

Will never gonna dine in this restaurant again!!! We waited 45 mins for the main course, 55 mins for the soup and an hour for my husband's beef salad. The manager came in and gave us tons of reasons. Saying the kitchen is not organize and it's busy that night (3rd of July) well, you're not doing your job well if the restaurant is not organize! The taste of food is inconsistent, portion sucks and waited for too long!!! Plus, super dirty restrooms!

Have been coming here a year and half with a Favorite waiter. Tonight different waiter. Worst service ever! 30 mins to get drinks. Husbands meal was cold and something gooey under my plate that got all over my fingers, gross. Bye Felicia!! Will be going to a different one from now on.

DO NOT GO HERE! Worst service i have ever had in my life! I have been going here for three years and have spent alot of money on deliveries and some inside. Every time i have gone here we have had such horrible service. This time....it was the worst. Mia waited on us and she was horrible! She greeted us fast and then after that it went down hill from there. Apparently her boyfriend and his friends were across the way because she decided instead of getting our order she would rather sit down and talk with them...it took 15 minutes to get our appetizer which was brought to us by the other sweet waitress. Then while she was still talking and sitting down we did not get our food for 40 minutes!! 40 minutes of watching her talking and laughing and completely ignoring her tables. So much so the other waitress picked up one of her tables because she didnt greet them since she was too busy socializing. I was in the industry for 5 years and could not believe this. Then i finally called at her to ask about the food. She brought it and the sushi looked like its been left out for a long time..did not look fresh. You could clearly tell it was ready a long time ago. I am so disappointed in you Zenna. I will never go back again. I will take my money to some place that actually cares!

Great place for happy hour! Don't bet so much on the sushi but everything was worth the price super good and a great waitress Guadalupe!

Menu selection and food was Awesome! Way too loud!! Service was a little slow but waitress was attentive and very nice. I would recommend it but be prepared for noise.

Had a great experience here with our server, Loc. I am not a sushi eater, as it is often not fresh and generally distasteful. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the sushi here. The food was great. The drinks were strong, but I like them that way, and it was nice to get what I'm paying for. My first Zenna experience was in Coppell and it was awful: bad food and worse servive. So I was very happy to be well taken care of here.

This has been hands down the worse service ever. We timed 29 minutes before our server came to see us. He tried to bribe us with free thai tea for the wait. When our food came out, and we specifically told him that we were doing it family style, and no silverware and plates for the table. We had to flag down a hostest so we could actually eat our drunken noodles. Not worth your time at all, try another location, if your brave.

Just love it!!!! Beautiful place, opened late, best Thai & sushi food, great service and good prices...I live so far but I deserve it!! ���

My kids and I have gone here several times and we've had nothing but friendly, quick, exceptional service. Michael was our server and our order was made to order and met our every expectation. If you haven't tried the happy hour you must.

Extremely nice and good service and food we always come there to celebrate birthday specially our family size and on Friday night everyone enjoyed.

This location is the worst. Bad service takes 35 to 45 minutes for your food to get to your table then you've got to wait an hour to get your check. Also why is the food portions different then the Plano pkwy location.

The food is amazing with lots of choices. Also a great place for happy hour!!
