I could eat a Ruby's Sno-ball everyday! I have tried over 15 custom flavors and have always been delighted. Today I loved watermelon and jalapeno. Thai coffee, Earl Grey, and cardamom coconut are my favorites.

If you're craving a New Orleans style snoball - this is the place to try!!! Awesome array of flavors and toppings. Try the Orchid Vanilla or the Vietnamese Coffee with sweetened condensed milk on top!!
The best snow ball place i have been to yet they were very fast and nice and i really couldn’t decide what i wanted so i got surprised and it was amazing � i will be going back�

My all time favorite summer treat! The ice is snowy soft, & flavors are delicious, & not too sweet. We go frequently, to sample a variety. (& because I'm addicted) We've had honeysuckle, earl grey & grapefruit, thai tea, coconut cream & matcha, mango, jasmine, etc....So many yummy flavors! They even have the classics like Tiger's Blood.
This place is the holy grail. A selection of natural, seasonal flavors sweetened with cane sugar, as well as the traditional stuff for those who need it. I’m dying to try the orchid vanilla and the Vietnamese coffee, but I can’t get past the cherry lime aid.

So glad that Big D has some Big Easy sno-balls now! And what a delight they are! I had the earl gray and lavender lemonade, and it was an all-time favorite flavor combination for me.
Best snow cones in Dallas. Price is really good and they make fresh fruit flavors in-house like pineapple and grapefruit. Even have sugar free versions (Splenda) of some of their fresh fruit flavors. Also who doesn’t love a place that is dog friendly, just ask for a “pup cone!”
They are always so nice there! Awesome customer service every time. The sno-ball flavors are unique and delicious. I like how they have sugar free & dairy free options. The fresh flavors are not as sweet as the classic flavors which I love. Would definitely come back and recommend.
Ruby’s Sno balls are super flavorful. The sno is super soft and perfect for summer weather or any weather tbh. I really enjoy their tigers blood. It’s not like a regular snow cone, it’s more like a gourmet snoball lol if that makes any sense!

Ruby’s is a Dallas hidden gem! The shaved snow cone ice is velvety and silky, like ice cream but with enhanced fun flavors. Speaking of flavor, Ruby’s makes homemade syrups with authentic fresh choices. I tried Honeysuckle and Fresh Strawberry and my friend enjoyed the Orange Blossom Lemonade. If you can’t decide, the owner makes recommendations and let’s you sample combinations. Ruby’s also have creamy choices like homemade chocolate and tres leches. The hours are limited to 1:00-7:00 p.m. so be sure to make it to the order window as an after lunch or early dinner treat. You can park you car and enjoy, or sit on the patio seats.
Best shaved ice in Dallas! The flavors are incredible, and you can tell they are handmade and not store bought (if that makes sense). Not the easiest location to get to but totally worth it! If my waistline could handle it, I would be there every day! Delicious.....
This place is a cute stop if you need some refreshing sweetness! Several flavors to choose from and so many great topping choices. Don't worry about portions because even the small was a great size. I got tiger's blood with no toppings and regretted it once I saw my more experienced friends choices!! There is some sitting outside as there is none inside btw.

Delicious snow cones and so many amazing flavors. You have to stand outside to wait for your order, but it's well worth it. It was quite busy when we were there, but we still got our order very quickly. Definitely a must have on a hot Texas day.
