I’ve tried them before for my regular donut pick up, but recently had the chance to make a custom order with them for my sister’s baby gender reveal surprise. After attempting to contact MULTIPLE places to see if they could meet my sister’s needs of wanting 3 dozen filled donuts to reveal the color of the gender, Ferguson Donuts was kind and willing enough to give it a try despite never having done this before. They were professional, warm, and friendly for the entire process. I called within the week of the needed order and they were so kind about it. Upon pick-up, she let me know that it was sort of difficult to hide the color due to the holes in the donuts, but I can tell she tried her absolute best and I greatly appreciate this. Her efforts were not unnoticed and they were a successful hit at the party after I had to be very strategic in hiding those obvious areas. I docked a star because we had originally asked and planned for Bavarian custard filling, but receiving frosting/icing filled instead. I hope to definitely make a custom letter donut order eventually seeming as they specialize in that area more. I can’t recommend them enough!

The glazed donuts were amazing! The ladies behind the counter were very friendly and the service was very quick. The only thing that makes me sad is I live oober 500 miles away. Definitely recommend!

This are the best donuts around, great kolaches and their dough is great, their cinnamon and sugar glazed and the filled ( cream raspberry jam and lemon) donuts are great. No fancy shop but their products are great

This is “our” donut shop! My family gets donuts here every Saturday morning, and the whole shop knows me and my wild children. All my daughter ever has to say is that she wants her “usual” lol. We love this place and are grateful for its place in our neighborhood and in our hearts.

Great doughnuts! I'm one of those dad's that ask a lot of questions and the girl tending the counter was very kind & patient. She told me about the different flavors and the non-doughnut items (kolaches, etc...). Definitely awesome place for kid doughnuts. They are very colorful with sprinkles (of different shapes) and of course on the middle at the perfect kid height. It is obvious that kids love the place by all of the hand drawn pictures on the wall by the register. There are a lot of old tape marks like they change them out regularly.
Please understand that the following is constructive and not to be taken in a negative light. Due to my positive experience I'm very sceptical of the review by "Mary Mabel" and the three chances with a filled doughnut. Her other reviews seem to indicate that product expectations vs. reality & conversation with strangers may need some work.

I love this place! I come here several times a week since I work next door and I’m always greeted with a warm smile and a “good morning!” Always have fresh coffee made, I usually get a variety of donuts and their delicious pigs in the blanket. I tried their dumplings today and they were SOO YUMMY!!! Place is really clean as well. I 10/10 recommend this donut shop 😄

We love Ferguson Donut shop! The staff is super amazing and they remember what we like. They also have small cinnamon rolls, apple fritters and kolaches in addition to the regular sized. Prices are great.

This has been my favorite since I was a kid. But I must say I do miss the two old ladies that owned this shop they made us feel like we were home. They had the best sausage rolls. Non the less the donuts are still good.

This is our go-to doughnut stop. The staff are always friendly, their kolaches and their coffee are much better than Shipley's and their doughnuts are better than either Shipley's or Southern Maid. Also, they have red velvet doughnuts, which my daughter loves.

Ferguson Donuts. I thought the Czech Stop in West, Texas had the best kolaches until I tasted these. Holy cow these are so good! Try the croissant kolaches! That is just evil to do to me, but I give in every time. We eat here every Sunday, and I always make sure to get a kolache and a croissant sandwich. And a custard-filled chocolate glazed donut. And... :)

Best Donuts in East Dallas, if not all of Dallas. The Donut-Holes are the best I've ever had in my life, highly recommended. The kind people who own this Donut shop are very nice and always lookout for the customer. I'm guessing their knockout punch is the glaze receipe they use, it's amazing.

This clean, friendly neighborhood donut shop has something for the whole family. There is a great selection of donuts and donut holes that aren't too sweet. The while top shelf has savory items for parents including croissant sandwhiches and a big selection of kolaches (even medium and baby sized!). They have LOADS of different milk and juices for the kids, and capuccinos as well as American drip for parents. Best of ALL, they not only have Monster and Red Bull.....but also DIET Red Bull for moms on-the-go!!!! :) A+++
