This place is fantastic! Gloria who is an employee there made my online order fantastic! I was going to be late picking up my order and she completely took care of everything. When I finally did pick it up she remembered that she had spoken with me and was very outgoing and customer service friendly

The Whataburger on Samuel Blvd, has good hot food. The problem is the shake machine is down a whole lot. The service needs to be a little more faster and the employees to be more polite. I would definitely go there more often if they would fix those problems.
