I’m a student at a college in downtown so I come here for lunches they are always so nice and get my food to me so quick! The ladies at the front are always so nice! It’s hard to find good customer service in todays world and they go above and beyond. They do great for being super busy too. Not to mention the food is always up to standard!

Great sandwiches, AMAZING STAFF, gets a long line around lunch but that's to be expected. Again I cannot stress enough how good the customer service is! 11/10
I don't get lunch here often but coming in today my experience was excellent. Friendly service, the soulful music, and good food. I'm just amazed and didn't want to leave to go back to work because I was vibing. Great place!

Potbelly is magnificent, for a sandwich shop. They've got a large cooler full of various drinks and a veritable wall of chips, but this place is all about sandwiches... both hot and cold. Ordering is easy, except for having to choose from all the delicious looking sandwich offerings. I had the "Pizza Melt", with chunks of warm meatball and slices of salami with melted mozzarella cheese, and I opted for whole-grain bread, fresh mushrooms, lettuce, tomatoes, and oil, as well. And, even though the shop was not officially participating in the "Free Meals for Veterans on Veterans Day", the manager gave me a free meal anyway... complete with chips and drink. Very generous! I felt very special. I felt even more special when the guy behind the register came out to help me with seating. (I am in a wheelchair.) The sandwich was delicious and thoroughly filling. There was no crowd. The ambience in the Lower Level of the Renaissance Tower (at 1201 Elm St) is spectacular, with chrome and mirrors and polished marble in abundance. Woodwork abounds in Potbelly. It feels truly luxurious, like the Taj Majal of sandwich shops.
During COVID our office has resorted to having outside picincs for retirements and other office celebrations, we work in a Large medical facility, so fresh air and good food is really appreciated. We took advantage of last weeks warm weather and had a outside retirement picnic; the manager at this PotBelly location accommodated us on a short notice; taking and preparing numerous individual orders and boxing them up together for one set pickup time: All of the orders were ready on time, all of the orders were correct and staff helped me carry the orders out and the Food was Great, Not One Complaint. We will be using this location again.

The prime rib sandwich and all the sandwiches are great. The chicken pot pie soup is like eating thanksgiving dinner in a bowl! Fantastic! Nice, helpful people there, too.
Great portion when it comes to the sandwich! The staff is always nice and hard working. Favorite is the Pizza Melt! Go weekly!
Great work by the young man who served me. I think they need to work on teamwork though. He seemed frustrated that no one was helping him. Good food and nice environment.
This place is easy to meet my aunt at for lunch during the workday. Process people through fast. Food is pretty yummy for fast food. Easy to order large orders to go.
