The only person who serves well here is Karen. Karen brought the food very quickly, and she also dedicatedly grilled the food for us. Karen changes the grill very often. I highly recommend you guys ask Karen for service when you come here.

Karen's serves very well. She usually gives us more meat than a normal order. And we can also ask her for more free beer and wine when we've ordered one. I highly recommend that you ask her to serve us when we come here.

It was my first time eating at a Japanese bbq restaurant and this place did not disappoint! Everything we ordered tasted amazing! 🤤 My order came with a salad that was so good, and the side dishes were fresh. There are instructions on how long you should cook the different meats, for those that are beginners like myself that don’t know the first thing about grilling meat lol They have spicy and sweet soy sauces that you can dip the meat in 🤌🏻 Also, the staff was very nice and kindly answered all our questions and explained the menu to us. Prices are a bit steep, but once you taste the food it makes it all worth it! Overall it was a great experience that I enjoyed with friends.

I'd never experienced Japanese BBQ before, but Gyu-Kaku came highly recommended as one of the best in town. I was really excited about the cook-yourself concept. The staff were fantastic—friendly and welcoming. We opted for the Ultimate All You Can Eat Experience at $62 per person, which gives you 55 items from the premium and ultimate selections for 90 minutes. Our favorite dishes were the garlic fried rice (absolutely delicious and worth it), egg soup, Japanese pork sausages, Harami Skirt Steak, premium sirloin, spicy and addicting cucumber, umakara pork, and New York steak. Everything was served promptly, and different waiters consistently checked in to see if we needed anything else, keeping our table clear of empty plates. I believe this would be a fun experience to share with family, especially since they have long booths perfect for larger groups. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I definitely plan to return in the future.

Been trying to get in for some time now; finally made it on mother's day and everyone was highly impressed. With a biz- casual vibe it's a perfect spot for a family meet-up or date night.
