Boston Market

It’s the only Boston market left in the north Dallas area since the forest lane one closed. Got thanksgiving sides catered last month and they were swamped with customers and orders but the young lady handling the catering was such a champ under pressure! She was quick, courteous and even gave people a tiny extra for waiting. It was a lengthy but not so bad experience considering it’s the holidays especially! Foods still good as always , it doesn’t really change

The food was terrific, I would have given them a 5, but they took the sliced apples off the menu. BUT, I must HIGHLY compliment the VERY kind service I received from the cashier. After I placed my order I asked for an extra cornbread, he very kindly did not charge me. Other Boston markets in the dfw area always charge. That made my day! But then the soda fountain machine broke down (I dined inside), so when I asked for a refill this same cashier gave me a bottle diet coke. This kind of customer service is a rare thing to see in today's cold post pandemic society. He was an exceptional employee for BM!!

Skin on my roasted chicken was a little dark today so some of it was a little dry. I don't usually have this problem here. Staff is always nice and there are some homeless areas nearby. I know they have a really tough job. I witnessed a customer act really stupid just because the guy didn't say anything to him just kind of looked at him. I've done those kind of jobs. You think someone's going to speak to you so you may not say anything. Then, you realize everything's okay it was just an eye contact. It was total overreaction. I hope no one gets anyone in trouble. So much more bigger things in this world.
