I ordered a Greek Salad from my work's food delivery app. I placed the order before the cut off time and the food was delivered on time. This location included a cookie and bread sticks with my salad (other locations did not include these side items). Salad was tasty. Dressing was delicious. Salad was made to order. No complaints here. I will order here again.

Had a wonderful time here. The food is great and the employee, Karan, was very kind! I witnessed how fast he restocked the chip basket! I found it very impressive and if he had applied to my location, I would’ve hired him.

I have always liked Schlotzaky's and this location has become my favorite. I was greeted when I walked in the door by gentleman behind the counter. He was friendly, helpful and seemed to go out of his way to serve me. I called him over to ask him if I could speak to his manager as I wanted to let the manager know what a great employee he was. He informed me that his name was Rohan and that he was actually the owner. He definitely sets the example for how his employees should treat customers.

I'm new to the Dallas area and work within walking distance to this location. Today, I chose the strawberry chicken salad with the vinaigrette dressing. It was amazing! This salad is huge! The service here is truly amazing. 🙌 I love relaxing here on my lunch break.

Great First Class Customer Service I ordered the Original Sandwich with avocado and jalapeños it was excellent !! Super Delicious… I had to drive to Carrollton from Dallas… the trip was worth it… the place … restroom were clean. Loved this place I’am definitely coming back to this location. Thanks to the staff Julissa and cooking lady 🤗:) :)

Food is always great! Staff is great! Only had one mix up. The employee misunderstood/ rang up wrong. Ordered pick 2 and the nice gentlemen must of forgot to apply the coupon and paid full regular serving sizes for my pick 2. Just be aware of menu and pricing to avoid complications. My fault for not double checking before payment but I shouldn’t have to be more knowledgeable with the menu than the guy taking my order. 4 stars.

Great sandwich. Toasted just right. Flavor was excellent. Just wish it was a bit more meat in the sandwich I had. Parking is snug. Store is clean. Staff is very cool.

We ate here two times. Hubs had the burger and I got the southwest salad. Really good. A few days later we tried the 2 for 1 deal and got the pizza and a salad. The pizza was OK. It was good but not my favorite crust.

The bread too hard.... It wasn't like they used to be where you could watch them make your sandwich and toast it plus the bread was round not like they used to be with long bread like subway in a way

Wooo !!! I am excited to share this Schlotzsky's with you all. They have REAL CARVEL soft serve ice cream !!!!! We popped in yesterday for a sample & I can confirm it's real :). They open tomorrow, go get some :)
