Foos was good 2 years ago now is really bad, before they will let you serve yourself, now is jail style a fat guy will serve you in a piece of paper. Oh and prices went sky high I paid 14.07 for 8 onces of chicken and brisket, they charged me for baked potato and I got beans and mac and cheese.

It's really hard to come across the kind of service Willie gives. Its exceptional and literally a virtue in today's society. He's kind, courteous and respectful. I live in Denton but will gladly make the drive here just because of the amazing service Willie provides. Thanks again...

Do not appreciate the new menu, $9 for 3 small slices of brisket, mac and cheese and a drink is outrageous. No longer offers baskets or plates everything is charged individually and now more expensive for the portion you get. Flavor is ok less smokiness in the meat. And topping bar was empty. Will not be back to this location.

THE WORST Dickeys I've ever been to. I asked about a menu item. The meat cutter said he didn't about that item. He said they don't serve it even though it appears on the menu. Drink machine was out of order, as well as the ice cream machine...even though a sign read, "free ice cream with every meal!" I won't be going back. It seems only 2 people work there! Both are very rude and not knowledgeable about their jobs.

I get to eat here a lot since I work in the area. I have to say their customer service is always good and they keep the spot neat all the time. Pricing is convenient and they serve big portions.

Rude service and uncaring management.
Immediately upon entering I was greeted with a sigh from the hispanic guy cutting meat. Asked me if it was for here or to go? I told him for here. He proceeded to tell me it's to go only. This at 3:30 in the afternoon, sign says they close at 5. He told me he had spoke with his manager and told him that it was slow and that he was told he could close early. About that time another guy walked in and another big sigh was released from the hispanic guy cutting meat. Then two to three more guests walked in as he continued to shake his head and sigh. I've actually eaten here multiple times and experienced somewhat similar events, although I had never been basically told I couldnt eat my meal there. Obviously this guy tells his manager lies so he can go home early. And apparently management / owner doesn't care.

Upon walking into restaurant, me and 3 of my colleagues on lunch break were abruptly greeted by the manager saying that we could not come in if every single person wasn't buying something (which 2 ppl were planning on doing and the other 2 had brought lunch from home for the Day). I let him know (not that it should be any of his concern) that some ppl were in fact purchasing food, and in his defense, he informed me that he would not give out any water cups to ppl not purchasing food. I found this to be confusing because water is free. The entire experience was very off putting and came from no where. Extremely horrible customer service and bad attitudes for no reason

the quality of food wasn't as good as other dickies that I've been to throughout the metroplex. Then i saw the most disgusting thing, a person getting a drink of tea, taste it, i guess she didn't like it and poured it back into the tea dispenser (container), then got herself a different drink. The person i was with notified the worker of what happened but she continued to add tea to the same dispenser (container) without removing it and properly cleaning it. hope she didn't have the flu...
