More than a decade of consistently good food and great service from this neighborhood Dallas location! I recently received excellent customer service at the ToGo counter with Dezre; she was patient, polite, helpful, friendly, my order was 100% accurate, and what I received from the kitchen was also 100% accurate! The host was likewise patient polite and helpful.
Although portion sizes have shrunk considerably, I have not found a better value for a drink, starter, entree (with steak option), and 2 sides. The sirloin steak however had more than usual fat and gristle on one end. The rest was as good as it usually is.
This is a great gathering space for smaller groups, the menu is fairly broad, and familiarity is high because it is a large nationwide chain.
The service has is some of the best I’ve ever had. Very friendly and attentive employees that ensure you have everything you need. The food is also very high quality for a chain restaurant and has many options to choose from. The bar also seems well stocked with many fun drinks 🍹 . The inside is a bit drab though which is why the ⭐️ loss

It was my First Time at this location and I was not disappointed. The Triple Dipper was so good. We had Southwestern Egg rolls, Fried Pickles and Awesome Blossom. All was so good. For our main course I had some delicious Shrimp Fajitas and My Sister-in-law had the Grilled Margarita Chicken, all made to order. Our server at the Bar was so nice and attentive. The restaurant had a fun Atmosphere. I do recommend you try this Chili's.
It was lunch time so I both give them slack on being behind but also expect quicker service since it was lunch on a weekday. The server was great! He apologized a ton but it still sucks getting your food 15 mins before you have to leave and getting the drinks(from bar) 5 mins before. Overall still great food and great drinks which made up for the slower lunch service. If it was dinner time—it would have been good timing, but when there isn’t a packed restaurant and it’s lunch, I shouldn’t spend my whole time waiting.

Lexington did a great job. Food was very good. Triple dipper is super good. We love playing Trivia game and finished #1 in one round, which added to our enjoyment.
Popped in for a little snack and to spend time with a friend. Half order of cheese fries were perfect. We clearly arrived after the church lunch rush, so the place was a mess and the server was a little mia. Overall, Chili's is a long time favorite - good food for reasonable prices.
Our family is very pleased with the services we received. The waiter had top of the line customer service skills,very professional, friendly and convenient. The timing for the food was great,no long wait time. Overall satisfaction score would exceed 5.
I'm a returning customer after a 10+ year absence. Chili's still remains a good value with overall decent quality. One major difference I noticed is the speed at which the food comes out of the kitchen. The food comes out fast! The Salmon entrée and the Margarita Chicken entrée with choice of sides are my go to's. I posted 4 stars instead of 5 because, as a to go customer, I order at the bar and the bar is usually overwhelmed & under staffed. There is ONE bar tender, handling all the drinks and food orders for the bar plus all the drinks for the rest of the restaurant making service very, very slow. However, once the order is finally taken & placed, the food does come out quickly. Give the bartender some help and improve service at the bar.
