More than a decade of consistently good food and great service from this neighborhood Dallas location! I recently received excellent customer service at the ToGo counter with Dezre; she was patient, polite, helpful, friendly, my order was 100% accurate, and what I received from the kitchen was also 100% accurate! The host was likewise patient polite and helpful.
Although portion sizes have shrunk considerably, I have not found a better value for a drink, starter, entree (with steak option), and 2 sides. The sirloin steak however had more than usual fat and gristle on one end. The rest was as good as it usually is.
This is a great gathering space for smaller groups, the menu is fairly broad, and familiarity is high because it is a large nationwide chain.

The service has is some of the best I’ve ever had. Very friendly and attentive employees that ensure you have everything you need. The food is also very high quality for a chain restaurant and has many options to choose from. The bar also seems well stocked with many fun drinks 🍹 . The inside is a bit drab though which is why the ⭐️ loss

It was my First Time at this location and I was not disappointed. The Triple Dipper was so good. We had Southwestern Egg rolls, Fried Pickles and Awesome Blossom. All was so good. For our main course I had some delicious Shrimp Fajitas and My Sister-in-law had the Grilled Margarita Chicken, all made to order. Our server at the Bar was so nice and attentive. The restaurant had a fun Atmosphere. I do recommend you try this Chili's.

It was lunch time so I both give them slack on being behind but also expect quicker service since it was lunch on a weekday. The server was great! He apologized a ton but it still sucks getting your food 15 mins before you have to leave and getting the drinks(from bar) 5 mins before. Overall still great food and great drinks which made up for the slower lunch service. If it was dinner time—it would have been good timing, but when there isn’t a packed restaurant and it’s lunch, I shouldn’t spend my whole time waiting.

Lexington did a great job. Food was very good. Triple dipper is super good. We love playing Trivia game and finished #1 in one round, which added to our enjoyment.

Popped in for a little snack and to spend time with a friend. Half order of cheese fries were perfect. We clearly arrived after the church lunch rush, so the place was a mess and the server was a little mia. Overall, Chili's is a long time favorite - good food for reasonable prices.

I'm a returning customer after a 10+ year absence. Chili's still remains a good value with overall decent quality. One major difference I noticed is the speed at which the food comes out of the kitchen. The food comes out fast! The Salmon entrée and the Margarita Chicken entrée with choice of sides are my go to's. I posted 4 stars instead of 5 because, as a to go customer, I order at the bar and the bar is usually overwhelmed & under staffed. There is ONE bar tender, handling all the drinks and food orders for the bar plus all the drinks for the rest of the restaurant making service very, very slow. However, once the order is finally taken & placed, the food does come out quickly. Give the bartender some help and improve service at the bar.

Went for my birthday dinner and ordered the cajun shrimp and added chicken it was so delicious the waiter was awesome as well especially given that it was a Saturday night and they were busy so compliments to the cooks and the wait staff me and the bf will definitely be back soon👌

So we loved this place so much that we went two days in a row!! We spent Easter (4/4/21) here and the food is literally the best of all the Chili's that are in the Plano/Dallas/Frisco areas. Our waiter was JB on Saturday night and he was absolutely amazing!! His tableside manner was incredible: he kept the beverages coming, checked on us, brought everything out in a timely manner and just had a great personality.
On Easter sunday, we had another waiter named Dijon and he was ALSO absolutely fantastic!
JB was also there and both waiters kept the jokes coming. It was such a fun experience and the food was delicious.
We will definitely keep this as our go to Chili's in the DFW metroplex and I suggest that you do the same! 😋

The dine in service isn't too horrible, depending on who your server is. But the to go service is awful. I got here when my food was supposed to be ready. I still had to wait an extra ten minutes to get my food. Paid extra for sour cream and didn't get it. And my meal didn't have my fries, so I had to wait another five minutes for them to fix my order. Could've been home already, but I'm just now leaving. They need to hire people who know what they're doing.

Today we had the disgrace to come across this restaurant, they had us waiting on a table for. 1hole hour when there was plenty on the other side of the restaurant they told us we had to wait to such table finish to eat when they barely got served we didn't had a waitress that could sit us and order our drinks we had to wait 10 minutes for the Host to come and ask since she noticed no one else did we got our drinks and waited 15 minutes or more the manager realized no one was attending our table then he came and order for us when we finally got our appetizer another waitress came through then when the food came another waitress came such disorganized place and they have one of the rudes manager ever ! Such an embarrassment our family and friends where there don't think we will come back!

Like others, I have had problems at this restaurant in the past. I decided to give them another try recently, and I must say they redeemed themselves nicely. Good service, good food. All in all, they are back on my list I'm happy to say.

I love Chili’s, but this location is so consistently horrible I have to say I will never return to this chili’s and possibly no other chili’s again in the future.
I have never once received proper service here. Food arrives cold, 45 minutes later after being ordered, etc. The kids cried when they got their meal saying they were hungry but couldn’t eat it because it was cold. So sad that this location is so consistently awful. I kept having faith the leadership would be accountable and improve the service, but sadly they have not.
Please straighten up your act Chili’s!

The burger during lunch was good but the fries tasted like they were sitting under a heat lamp for awhile, waiter was good when he was around but had to take the replaced fries with me due to the service. Normally the food and service is good here.

Service was bad at best. Had at least 5 people attend to us and we still had to wait 20mins to order and never got my drink refill after we asked for one. Absurd.... Cream of the crop, we had to wait an additional 9 mins for the check and the tea to go now since we NEVER got the tea refill After I asked for the refill a second time. I wanted to order dessert but did not want to wait an additional 20 mins to get it. With all the associates walking around, this was uncalled for.

I ordered the lunch fajita's w corn tortillas instead of flour. They were cold and brittle. It took a bit to locate our waitress to get some hot sauce. It was good. I paid extra for the guacamole and it was loose--did not like it.
We were from out of town and our friends picked this place--we were party of 5.

Cold When received, When our meal came it Was cold,And when you get cold mash potatoes n cold corn on the cob (really)That did it for me ,Manager came to try to convince me get something else I Said No several times,then the other meal that was replaced to forever, Receive My receipt at 8:41.waiting for second meal,9:00 pm still not received asked for the manager to receive a refund still had to wait 10mins more then he had and attitude, Don't worry I Want be back to that Chilli's

Second time ordering online where they "lost" our order. The first time, I spoke to a manager who assured me they would mail me a bunch of Chilis bucks, which of course never came. This time it's not even worth talking to the manager. This is the last time we'll be dining here.
