What to say about the Starbucks Reserve at Mckinney & Olive complex?
What a beautiful Starbucks, with great staff, uber comfortable couches and chairs, relaxing lounge music, and of course, delicious coffee and egg bites.

Went to both Starbucks Reserve locations in one day !! And yes it was worth it the service at both locations was excellent- the menu has been reduced dramatically - I was not able to get the espresso malt at either location - after a strong recommendation I tried the Melrose at the Frisco location it was pretty good and after that With my adventure some spirit I decided I really wanted to compare the locations I went to the Olive street location and was crushed that it is losing the Reserve brand name I did try the Hazelnut Bianca and was elated very wonderful beverage and would recommend either location

I am glad I got to experience a Reserve location before it no longer exists. The barista said that happens in May. The regular Starbucks part was as expected. The reserve had a very good drink I had never heard of.

The only Starbucks Reserve in Dallas proper. Plenty of validated parking in an underground garage. Higher quality finishes, to-go beans, and on-sure brewing methods than typical coffee places. Excellent service early on a weekday morning. Cool.

Really nice spot. Katie is a great barista. A âReserveâ location so extra choices of nice coffees. A bit tight in terms of seating except for a giant bar area right in front of the reserve bar. Can purchase bagged Reserve blends here!

Beautiful Starbucks location, youâll see a lot of well dressed people there, most of the customers in the area i believe work at the buildings in downtown or live in the condos, i saw a lot of people bringing their pets inside so i guess is pet friendly in case you wanna take your dogs for a walk and want to stop for a starbie!

Just got into town for a conference and walked over to see a Reserve in person and to try a fun drink on my first night. I found out upon entering that all Reserves are sadly being converted into regular stores and they arenât serving the specialty drinks anymore. While that is disappointing, my experience at this Starbucks was incredible due to the friendliness and service from Raul. You know those Starbucks surveys you get by email that have the question about whether the employees made an effort to get to know me? Never before have I said yes. Today was a resounding yes. In a day and age where real customer service is a dying art, Raul (and the two ladies who were working with him this evening [sorry, didnât catch the names!]), made my day and left me wishing Iâd come in a bit earlier just so I could chat more with them. Kudos, Starbucks for having these great employees - they certainly know how to make a guestâs day!

This place is exceptionnal! The employees are wonderful. Very knowledgeable about coffee and the special drinks served here. They are very patient in answering any questions you may have. I've tried everything on the menu here and it was all delicious! The inside is beautiful and the merchandise they sell here is cool.
