I haven been to potbelly many many times and i order just one item veg sandwich. But recently as part of their new choose two option i picked sandwich and salad. I never tried the veg salad before in potbelly. I actually liked it.
I'm so impressed with the management of this Potbelly Shop! The manager (Rashei?) went above and beyond to drive to my home and personally deliver the small "add on" item. She was speedy, polite and gracious, even giving a couple extra "treats" for the hiccup. AMAZING customer service! This is t
Sandwiches were delicious and the price is very fair! I pay more in other sandwich shops with the same quality of food and service. Unfortunately Iām traveling or else I would definitely become a regular customer.
Great food for a good price. An angry customer came through the line while we were there and the man who seemed to be the manager (didn't catch his name) handled the situation with dignity and poise without backing down. I appreciate that more than anything.
Love this store!!!! All the staff by far exceeded customer service.. Over the years I have developed a great bond with each and everyone of them. They ALL KNOW MY ORDER WITHOUT even asking! They know the cookies i like and love... They know what to put on my sandwhich no matter what I get... NOW t
Food was good and staff friendly. Unfortunately it took way too long to get through with only two people working. Seemed like it was hard to help customers and the sitting area seemed like it was spot cleaned, but they were behind.
Food is good. People working there are nice but it can take a bit to get your order completed.

Its a good sandwich shop with some good side options, chili, soup Mac & cheese etc. Nothing exceptional but I would definitely go again.
All I have to say is hell yeah. I rock the italian on wheat with everything no onion,get oil and peppers. Excellent shakes. I want one now!!!
