I couldn't wait to leave a review on this wonderful place!!! One of the best black owned business to cook food on the face of this planet!!! My wife and I bought two 12 piece fish nugget plates and was shocked by what we received for the price we paid!!! 10.99 for each plate. The lemonade was made fresh.... as well as the original chest cake. We felt so lucky to just so happen to pass by this place and decided to stop and eat!!! I honestly can't wait to take my brothers whenever they come in town!!! JUST BEAUTIFUL IN EVERY WAY!!! Thank you family!!!

I used to drive from Plano to this place. I now live in Desoto. They should open a location in Desoto, I bet they would sell-out daily. Best catfish I ever had, so good you can eat it cold out of the fridge.

The catfish here is great. Amazing! I love the taste and spices, and it was crispy but not burnt. It was almost perfect. The sauce that comes with it was also really good. It compliments the food so well, but if you want more it will cost you 50 cents, sadly. Understandable, though, as they would lose money giving away so much good sauce. The wait was a bit long, though, but trust that it will be worth the wait.

The fish is cooked to order and is seasoned very well. Service is impeccable and the restaurant is very clean. Tartar sauce is delicious. The only complaint I have is there were no napkins in my to go bag. I will definitely be back.

Its hard to find good fried fish places to go to. I am so glad I came here .The prices are reasonable and that fish was damn good. Not only was it fresh but the seasoning was bomb and that tartar sauce had to be something they invented . I would buy that in a bottle if I could. If you're looking for good fish please try this place..... Oh and customer service was excellent.

The fish was seasoned well and very good. I even liked the spicy tartar sauce although I don't eat tartar sauce. I waited about 20 mins for my order and even though the food was made fresh my fish wasn't really hot for some reason. I will definitely be back though.

Snappy's will always be a staple in the west Dallas community. I could go there for the amazing food alone, but the way they always make me feel like family is the reason why I'll always patronize them. They're the best!

Best catfish, corn puppies, hush puppies & fries I've ever eaten. They also serve wonderful shrimp and chicken as well. Orders are plentiful and still sizzling when brought to the table‼️ The service is welcoming, friendly and the entire staff is TOP grade!! And whoever makes the cakes is a master dessert fixer. Someone said the grandmother does them. The strawberry is my favorite and the lemon is my husband's pick but all are the best‼️‼️ The restaurant has a very interesting and heartfelt decor. They even have colorful "Snappy's" t-shirts VERY reasonably priced. Make it a family night VERY SOON. You won't regret any of the experience.

I live so far away in Mansfield TX but heard good things about this place from my husband who works in Dallas Post office. So he took me there once and now every time I can I drop by to eat me some good catfish and fries. The Jalapeno makes everything better lol but that catfish...leaves me wanting to keep coming back. Great staff, nice and friendly and very respectful. Thank God for this place!!!

The food is good and you get a special welcome if it's your first visit there. A little bit expensive even for seafood. I wish hush puppies weren't considered extra. Overall, we'll seasoned and a decent sized portion. I'd eat here again.

Today was actually my second visit to Snappy's Catfish on Singleton. Excellent all the way. I brought a guest and he felt the exact same way. The fish, shrimp, and hospitality was just awesome. Like being at home. Will definitely come back.

Love it!!! My classmates and I come here almost every other day for their lunch special. The staff is friendly and the owner always ask how we're doing in class (good ol southern love). The catfish filets are amazing... Best in Dallas, hands down!!!!

Great service, great food! The catfish was so good, crispy and seasoned perfectly. My husband had the shrimp po-boy and said it was delicious. This will definitely be a stop the next time we come through this area.
