I'm entirely unsure why the dining room was empty when we got here at 7pm. This place is wonderful. We got delicious, traditional Indian food with excellent flavor. There were lots of other Indian restaurants with fusion type items on their menu. That's not what we wanted. This was filling, wonderful, delicious Indian food that makes you feel warm and comfy. EAT HERE!

We ordered the chicken korma mild for my husband and my aloo extra spicy. The spices are extremely fragrant and flavorful. Love this spot! Definitely a hidden gem.

One of my favorite restaurants in Dallas and the nicest people. Daily lunch buffet or you can order off the menu and customize the spice level. The food is very flavorful and hearty, everything is freshly made. It’s a very welcoming atmosphere run by a family who are happy to chat with you and get to know your favorite dishes. Every time I stop in I love visiting with them and trying something different.

10/10. Husband and I were visiting from out of state and have dined at several Indian restaurants and this one is by far the best either of us have ever had. The staff was very friendly, the food was spectacular, seasoned well, and came to our table fresh and hot.

I used to dine at this restaurant a lot in their previous location, and was excited when I heard the news that they were reopening. My mother and I decided to stop by yesterday for dinner and we were immediately seated. The restaurant was pretty quiet, but there were a few customers, and it seems many people stop by to pick up to go orders. The family that owns this restaurant are very hospitable and provide excellent service every time, the owner immediately recognized my mother and I and come by to say hello and take our orders. I ordered the tandoori chicken and naan, and my mother placed her orders. The food came pretty fast and was delicious. I ordered mild and the spice was at a perfect level, having both flavor and some warmth, but nothing insanely hot. The chicken was perfectly moist and was as fresh as it can be. The naan bread was also delicious and freshly made. The owners know I like their gulab jamun, and without even asking she brought out some for me, and gave me some to go free of charge, it was a very kind gesture and is more than appreciated. Additionally, I happen to be allergic to nuts, and I've never had problems here, so if you have nut allergies you won't need to worry here. Overall the experience was great, and for the amount of food you get, the prices are very reasonable. This is a great place and I fully recommend dining here. I'll be back for more soon!

The food was delicious, and if you dine in, it's all you can eat. They have a good variety of food, and everything is made fresh, including the naan!
When you walk in, you grab a plate and eat until your heart's content. You pay at the end and the price is pretty affordable. :) They also have different drink options (for an extra cost) if you want more than water.

Very good! I will say this was my first time trying indian food and im not picky to begin with. I would recommend better communication if i were to critique anything i experienced. Food was great though!

Taj Mahal is my go-to place for Indian food! 😋 They always have the best chicken tikka masala and instead of the plain rice I always give vegetable biryani on the side! It pairs well for a very hearty and delicious dish!

Definitely will come back and be on our list of rotations when we're thinking of something to eat. Went the other day since I my bf suggested samosas or Indian food which we never really do (but he knows samosas are my favorite). Picked one close by and we love this place! We dined in. They're pretty busy with to-go orders but the staff was super kind! Good portion size for one, it is a bit on the smaller side (aka don't share if you're hungry!). We got the Paner Masala, Veggie samosas, meat samosas, and a variety Naan! Buffet is only during lunch!

Very good lunch buffet. Although a small overall selection, it was enough to get my fill. Also, nice vegetarian options. Pleasant atmosphere, clean, and good service.

I have been a fan of this place since I stumbled upon it in February 2015!!! The food is amazing, seasoning always on point, and staff are courteous. The new location has an intimate vibe but inviting at the same time. My only complaint is that I have no self control when it comes to the buffet and I should stop at 2 plates, but I always go for a third!

I'm no expert in Indian food but I really like this place. Smaller place with definite mom and pop vibes. Good food and nice service. We'll definitely return again for the Samosas and Naan.

We had lovely lamb saag, shrimp vindaloo, rosemary naan, and vegetable samosas. The food was delicious and well-prepared. We are totally unfamiliar with Indian cuisine on the whole, but the staff helped us make our choices with grace and patience. One of the finest meals we've had in a long time.

Small, spacious at the same time. Plenty of seating. The buffet was great and delicious, when one thing ran out they were busy making a new batch. Service was quick and awesome. I also asked for a hot sauce which was fire🔥 and delicious. Looking to spend about 15 bucks for the buffet.
