One of my favorite plant stores, and even though it is a drive every time, it’s worth it. There was an incident with my elephant ear plant, and they were happy to help me resolve the situation while being understanding. Staffing and management were very kind and welcoming; The experts are very knowledgeable and have a deep understanding of how to take care of the plants And what to recommend. I love when the shipments come in and the different sections of the store.

We went to the Ralph & Rose Cafe and it was delicious! Decorated so cute, very friendly staff and the turf area with games was a hit for the kids! Beautiful nursery selection as well, though that wasn’t our purpose today it definitely set a gorgeous scenery!

Great selection of unique and native plants along with the basics. Staff is always knowledgeable and selections are season-appropriate. Prices seem to run as same or higher than other nurseries in the Dallas area, but this nursery does give a discount with a Dallas Arboretum membership card.

We’ve been coming here since for a few years now and just absolutely love the staff. Mr. Bryce is always kind to say hello to my kiddo and I. Today the staff even gave her a couple stickers. Plants in the greenhouse are always great. They’ve got indoor and outdoor houseplants. On occasion you can find “rare” houseplants too! The 2” pots they have are great for terrariums and vivariums. We look forward to our visits here each month!🩵

It was a sad day when this incredible place was hit by the tornadoes....but like the Phoenix rising from the ashes...look at it now! Better and more fabulous than ever! Staff is super friendly and as knowledgeable as ever. And they aren't even done yet. Definitely the go to in Dallas 🤠

I used to work at North Haven Gardens in the mid 90s. I was devastated when I saw on the news the destruction by the tornado last year. They have revitalized the space and it is beautiful. 50 years strong! A huge selection of Christmas trees all named by the way!

I look forward to every visit to North Haven Gardens. They have everything you need for a beautiful garden whether you're growing flowers, vegetables or a great lawn. The staff is exceptional and incredibly knowledgeable. They also have a great blog and pre-covid they had great gardening classes.

They didn't have what I was looking for, however their customer service is on point. Jacob gave me several other nursery to call. Most companies would not send me to their "competers" in order to help a stranger out. Amazing service and they will always be 9ne of my first calls.

I love North Haven Gardens, and especially the greenhouse. They remodeled due to a tornado and its really nice. They have cute pots and interesting plants! They also include information about the plant you are about to buy for new plant parents and how to care for them. Very knowledgeable and they had a fun spider at the time we went and my son loved it. Will definitely be back as is we've gone a few times already. Update: I don’t know if prices went up or they were always expensive, but it’s a tas pricey if you like the saying “more money, better quality” (I’m not exactly sure it’s better quality but definitely pretty)

I came in with absolutely no knowledge of plants or what I needed. The gentleman that helped me looked at the pictures of my patio I had took and helped me get what I needed and gave me some super good info on plants!
