Chick-fil-A on Frankford Road
Their service here is not just excellent it's extraordinary above what is expected. In this time of low quality customer service. Where grocery stores that have only self-checkouts and convenience stores that over price and basically disrespect the customers. Chick-fil-A is obviously winning the war of the fast food restaurant. In 2024 I would not be surprised if everything is called Chick-fil-A.

I was going to visit a friend who had broken her ankle, and I wanted to bring joy to her spirit!!!! So I told her the best place I know to go to get something delicious ,quick and fresh is Chick Fila. When I got there, a nice young man named Nate who was just waiting to give me awesome customer service, and he did!!!! I asked him about items on the menu, and he was very knowledgeable about it and very patient. I asked my friend to send me the meal she would like to have, and immediately she said How about a number 1 with lettuce and tomatoes and no cheese.
Watermelon lemonade. Fries and small mac and cheese. I ordered my favorite chicken nuggets mac and cheese, and Nate suggested the frosty watermelon mint drink, which was very delicious !!!!!
After Nate finished my order, I moved to the pick-up window, and the beautiful smiling Amari was there waiting to give me my order. We chatted for a minute and then my order was ready she was also very friendly!!!!
I can't thank the staff enough for making this a great day!!! Thanks for hiring such an awesome crew !!! I will be back!!!

The morning staff during the weekdays are so friendly and courteous! I love how I am greeted by my name when I come in. Carmen always keeps the place clean and is always smiling, Alvin remembers my order, Neydi is very friendly and Daisy is amazing at preparing my coffee how I like it (and I’m picky about my coffee). Definitely a 10-star team 🌟🙌🏼

Tried the pimento cheese sandwich with spicy chicken, I was pleasantly surprised. It pimento cheese was a welcome compliment to the sandwich. I also tried the caramel crumble milkshake. It was also good but just a tad sweet for me, it took me two days to finish.

This place matches all of what Chick Fil A stands for when it comes to service: always hard working staff, keeping things effective and organized no matter how long that line is. Never had a bad experience! They always get the orders right with a smile on their face. Thank you to the staff for doing this as we not it’s not easy to keep that smile all day long!

This store is in the Mall, gets Business not a whole lot, which makes this unit a pleasurable experience, they made my meal to order, so it was very hot, very fresh, and very good. The workers at this chick-fil-A are a special group, go there you will like it.

I didn't wait long in line. The wait was actually w/n the time takes to cook & prepare a restaurant meal. Everything was fresh. A lot of my coworkers order from them daily now. Sometimes, several times throughout the day. You often look for fast, convenient, & good. It's rare that you are fortunate enough to experience all 3. Even the person taking my order was pleasant & accommodating. The ultimate Chick-fil-A experience.

The peach milkshake was a great summer treat! I wish they had them all the time. As for the chicken, I have trouble deciding which way to order it because it's all good. I had it grilled this time and loved every bite. ☺️
