A good burger for airport food! I had the impossible burger and fries and it was pretty good

I had the classic chicken sandwich and fries, it was cooked very well and tasted great! Would love to eat here again

Had the grilled chicken sandwich. There is nothing special about the sandwich. Everything was served to go even if you were eating there. That means all condiments were all to go packets as well. The fries were made well but had no salt on them and were not included in the condiments provided.
Service there was nice and friendly. Great staff served us there.

If you are near gate E11, I can highly recommend the crispy chicken sandwich at Love Shack. The fried chicken had a delicious crispy exterior, as advertised, with some very nice seasonings to compliment it. The chicken was of proper size, larger than the bun, and placed with a refreshing bed of slaw. This sandwich comes complete with a proper bun, soft, yet substantial enough to support the chicken without falling apart. Service was so friendly! I honestly didn't expect that at an airport joint. Thank you for having me and filling me up with a delicious meal prior to my flight. This location also serves beverages which I did not try but may go for next time.

If you are in terminal E you got to try this place. Next to gate E11. Simple menu- old fashioned burgers. I had a Jalisco Smash Margarita and it was yummy. After traveling abroad we were craving American food and we found the jewel.
We had the Lover burger with fries and cheese burger as well. Atmosphere was great with some soft music.
Prices are just what you expect at an airport. Service was awesome!!

Burger and service were first rate. Burger was served surprisingly fast too. They've done the best they can with an airport location, don't grade them on that.

Nice atmosphere for an airport bar. The draft Blue Moon was one of the best I’ve had and the pour was perfect with a nice, frothy head and fresh, flavorful orange. Thanks to Gracie for really taking care of us!

Overall good experience! No real complaints. Some of the servers told people they had to order from their QR codes our server took our order as a normal sit down place. Margarita wasn’t amazing but it was good. Nachos aren’t really worth it to be honest. They use a cheese sauce instead of melted cheese. The chicken sandwich was really good! Would definitely suggest!!!

I can't remember the bartenders name but she was so nice! We talked about hiking and different places to visit in the area. The food was good too.
