This restaurant was amazing. The food was delicious and very well priced. The truffle oil mac n cheese was amazing. The salmon had great flavor. The owner was so nice and took such great care of us! We will be coming back here for sure!!

This place is superb - period. Every single item I've tried from the menu (and that's nearly everything on it) is delicious, well prepared, and perfectly portioned. The service is impeccable, and the owner, Jeff, is always a pleasure to talk to. Every visit is a smooth and joyous experience that immediately tells you, "this isn't Jeff's first rodeo." The prices are unbelievable for the quality of the food, and you'll be hard-pressed to find a better spot for lunch or dinner at those prices. If I could I'd give District Food & Wine a solid six stars, but alas, five will have to do. Definitely visit when you get a chance, especially if you work in the Design District (believe me on that unbeatable lunch menu).
I visited here with my boyfriend and some of his friend's for a birthday party. We did a Brewery Tour via eFrog. Texas Ale Project was a part of that tour. This was a neat little experience, getting to see the different local beers and where they are from. We got to try several different ones at each location. Good food. Unusual emphasis on sandwiches for a place with fancy tablecloths, but also reasonably priced for a place with fancy tablecloths.
Excellent food. Try the pasta chandelier! Lemon cake was the best ever. A must try!
