Tgi Fridays

I decided to go in for a little adult beverage after work and it was pretty chill. My waiter Erick paid close attention to me which was cool but then he went missing when I was ready to order my food. Margarita where good and the pan fried dumplings where delicious. I already ate half my duplings before I remembered to take a pic, foodie issues 😋!!!

I took a group of 20 students here for early dinner on a Saturday. The staff was accommodating, friendly, and even the managers were helping out around the restaurant, refilling drinks and asking if everyone had what they needed. This was probably the best dining experience I've had with a large group of young people. It was awesome to see my kids have the opportunity to learn "adulting" in a fun atmosphere where they were treated with respect. Thank you, Friday's!

Nice spot, nice atmosphere, and food was pretty good.

3 of us came to this location around 10pm last Saturday night because of lack of seating at the restaurant across the street. We waited at the door for several minutes before the "hostess" came to seat us. There was no greeting or anything. "Follow me" is all she said. After being seated, we talked for about 7 minutes and I finally got the attention of the same hostess to inquire about us getting our drink orders in. She said she "didn't know where our waitress was". Another passing server came to the table and volunteered to take our drink orders and informed the hostess that she didn't mind taking care of our table because she too, didn't know where our waitress was. We got our drinks and a few minutes later, a server came back in through the front door from outside. Just out of curiosity, I asked the hostess is that who was supposed to be our server and she said yes but she said she didn't want to take care of our table. It seemed funny that she was the same waitress that was leaving out the door while we were standing and waiting to be seated when we first came in. The server we ended up with was very polite, friendly, and made sure that our orders were correct. She came back and checked on us very frequently and apologized for us being told that the other server didn't want to take care of our table. Our food and drinks were acceptable but I want to say THANK YOU to our server Brittany who jumped right in and provided excellent customer service to make up for the timely wait on a hostess to even come and acknowledge us and trying to ensure us that we were valued as customers unlike the server who "didn't want to wait on us". I'm glad Brittany "CHOSE" to take care of us and to the server (with the green & black braids in the bun ponytail) who couldn't be found by her co-workers and who makes the decision on who to serve and who not to serve....you really could learn a few things from Brittany!!

Our waiter Joe was the BEST me and my spouse have a great time. Our food came FAST AND HOT! Joe came quick and made sure everything was right the first time!! The best customer Service we have had in a while and we eat out at least once a week.
