One of me new fave bars! Patrick, the bartender was great — really made us feel welcome. I had a margarita there for happy hour and it was delicious (it was like $5). The music is good, the atmosphere is chill, it was just a nice scene. It’s not the most esthetically pleasing but I appreciated the people.
I’ll definitely back. This is also in the Bishop Arts District.
First, the bartender was awesome. Great personality and service. He had somewhat of a dry personality and then would flip a switch and come to life. The bar is surrounded by open windows with constant foot traffic. Good patrons and vibe all around.
Love stopping in here for a drink and to watch live music! We mostly stick to beers so can’t comment on other drinks.
Well stocked in craft beer and rare rotators. Unique barrel aged rotators are always a must. Food menu mainly consists of sandwiches, which are great but, it all depends if they have the meat or not. A handful of times I've had to change my order or not get it at all due to them not having the meat required. Well it appears that they buy the meat (brisket, salami, smoked turkey) from shops nearby as the food orders come in. That has made my meal experiences somewhat inconvenient.
Always a favorite! Service is awesome. It's a gem hidden in plain sight.
I’ve been here twice and the staff was a hit or miss. The first time the staff was rude and snobbish. The second time the staff was a lot friendlier! I had the Turkey Sandwich with spicy mustard and it was pretty good; I really liked the mustard. The red beans and rice aren’t my favorite although they weren’t bad I just expected more flavor. All-in-all it’s not a bad place to go for a good sandwich and occasional live music.
Came to see Dem Boyz kick Brady azz...
Love stopping here for a beer! Both times there was live music as well, very hip little place!
The place had a very relaxing and chill atmosphere, the food was great but the beer tasted so good and refreshing (I think it was a strawberry beer), plus the special of the day was amazing! Also a huge thanks to the bartender who made my friend and me very welcome, as well he was very hilarious and friendly with every customer. Can't wait to go back soon!
Best sandwiches in DFW! And the best bartender, too. Every time we come here we have excellent food, excellent drinks, and superior customer service. I recommend the Suicide Sal. Delicious. And the homemade pickles and potato chips add a special touch. We drive all the way from Farmers Branch for these sandwiches.
