Generally I don't leave a review like this but I'm hoping the management see it and addresses the problem. It's simple. The wait staff failed to being silverware, then failed to bring plates for the appetizers, then failed to ask if I ever wanted another cocktail. Come on guys. Alcohol. Increases the profit and the tip! And I would have had 3-4 more times 4 of us. Easily another $100 spent. And when we ask for it 10 minutes before time for the bar to close he said the bar was closed! Without asking us or telling us it was getting close to last call.
The ambience was great, especially the lighting. Service was excellent. The portions were large enough for 2 or more people. This is one of the few restaurants in the DFW area to serve plantains and yucca. Excellent
My husband and I love Gloria's but the last time we came we noticed the prices had gone up again and the food wasn't as consistent as it had been in the past. We stick to grilled chicken fajitas most of the time so we enjoyed it, but it just wasn't as good as it usually is. Salsa and bean dip were on point as usual though!
Really good food with excellent service. Do step out of your comfort zone and try some of their regional specialties. The papusas and plantain are very good.
Excellent. We went with a group of 10 people and service and food was excellent. We loved the guacamole, bean dip and salsa. The server was attentive and the manager Maria checked on how everything was. We will go back!

My husband and I are visiting from out of town and were recommended to Gloria's by some locals; we loved it! The drinks and food we ordered were fantastic, full of flavor and well priced for what you were given. My only critique would be it took a while to place our order but it was a busy Saturday night.

Great atmosphere, food was delivered quickly and hot. Our server Alejandro was prompt and anticipated our needs. All of the food was good but just standard tex-mex. Would go again if we lived in the area.
I love Gloria's! I've been to most of the Gloria's locations in the DFW metroplex, and all of them are amazing. The customer service is always excellent because they're so attentive and have great hospitality. The interior design and atmosphere of them all are aesthetically pleasing, and the food is always a 10/10. I've been able to try their omelettes, burritos, nachos, queso fundido & more and I can truly say EVERYTHING is good. Their margaritas and black bean dip are absolutely my favorite. If you haven't been and you like Latin & Tex-Mex food, I recommend you check them out!
Beautiful restaurant. Amazing service from Theo. He knew the menu so well & recommended great dishes. Appreciate him taking such great care. Entrees are tasty as always. The mole sauce is not spicy to me at all. Its also a very very thick sauce. The beans are great, queso, salsa, a la mexican chicken entree. Churros are just finger licking amazing. The drinks are always on point. Great paloma & mojitos.
Atmosphere is also calm & inviting yet fun music. Clean bathrooms!
Elizabeth was top tier!! Good attention to detail I know i made my order quite dificult but she assured the food was correct and tasted amazing! Would definitely recommend and will most definitely be returning! Thanks guys! The food took quite a while but it was expected as when i turned my car over to valet i seen cooks outside on their phones other than that it was great.
The atmosphere is very nice, we happened to stop in while they were not busy. Chips are thick but crispy, PERFECT! And served with black bean dip and salsa, both quite delicious. We also tried the white queso, has a nice flavor, not spicy at all. Meal choice was a combination, included Chicken Enchilada, Steak Fajita taco and Crunchy Beef taco...I would defined order again! The service was 5☆, highly recommend!
Definitely the place to come for higher end latin cuisine. Recommend the yucca, chicken, and enchiladas.
I’m a little skeptical sometimes of Mexican restaurants & their authenticity, but this was delicious!

The chicken enchiladas were also good, but Ive had better.
Our server was very friendly and attentive.
I’m giving 4 stars on atmosphere but only because I could smell the cleaning solution when I walked in the door. While I do appreciate the cleanliness and sanitation, I don’t like for that smell to be combined with or overpower the smell of my food.
This Gloria's has an awesome decor and layout. Our waitress was very nice, as well as the wait staff. Every location I've been to has great employees and nice restaurant design concepts of their own, but equally delicious dishes and drinks! I really don't have a favorite location as that's a good thing because they all seem to be doing something right; cooks prep our plates with excellent presentation and excellently delicious! Never been disappointed, never had an issue. Just wish they'd bring back the chocolate flan.. Over all, we had a good Tuesday evening dinner experience here. I know this location really gets packed at night on weekends. But wherever I go, there's got to be a Gloria's restaurant in the area!
Came in on Sunday for brunch and Fransisco was our server. He was super friendly, attentive, and even gave us a sample to try before we ordered a drink. The food was outstanding and atmosphere was very welcoming and friendly, the manager even stopped by. Overall I highly recommend. Fransisco 10/10 ask for him!
Walking into Gloria’s, I almost forgot I was in Texas. It definitely feels like a Miami south beach vibe. Great ambience and beautiful bar setting. The food offers a ton of variety of great Spanish cuisine. My steak was juicy and very flavorful. The service was also on par! Highly recommend checking out this Gloria’s location.
The shrimp tacos were absolutely amazing.The cocoa beach drink that I had was delicious and not too overpowering.
