Employees were very friendly! I came right at close (didn't notice that they closed at 9pm) but they let me in and were very helpful. I got the chicken Caesar wrap (slightly dry, but still good, thank goodness for the Honest tea) and the bison quinoa mash (very good and recommended)

I usually go to the location at Campbell and Coit and they are much more friendly there. Love your food, but even on a busy morning it's nice if you could make eye contact instead of rushing me through.
I order from Snap a lot and one of the things I love is their customer service. If I ever have an issue with an order, they are always quick to make it right.
