First time in here. Service is good and fast , taste better than most other fast food burger. They bring a tray full of condiments and napkins so you can pickup.

I used their app to order online, and when I came and asked about my order, they just started to prepare food. Overall quality is good, but not exceptional. The burgers were very good, fries were bland. They don't have their wifi, but you can use the one from a nearby Hilton hotel (strong enough for Youtube). I visited the restaurant because of the location and I am delighted with the food and the staff members, and a lot of parking space. But I would prefer In-N-Out next time.

Drive thru service was great. Quick and polite. Chili burger needs some work though. Thank you for being open on Thanksgiving. We were out of towners and didn't know where else to go eat.

I have select places to eat at on a daily and this location is really good, it's close to my job but the food is freshly made, breakfast is a different story no matter what location, I prefer real eggs over egg substitute but my item always has shells in it...that's a NO for me...

Whataburger has been one of those places that I’ve always wanted to go to. Luckily, I was able to visit when I traveled to Dallas.
Years on years of hype, hearing about this fast food chain that is elusive to South Florida and I must admit, it did not disappoint.
The service and indoor eating area could have been better but the food itself lived up to every single bit of the hype for a fast food restaurant in my opinion.
I would go out of my way to eat here if given the opportunity.

I've only ever given 5 stars to one fast food chain, so in general 4 stars is still well above average in my book. Whataburger is certainly synonymous with service and consistency, and this location is no exception! Our food came out quickly and accurately.

Don't know why the kids working there have an attitude but they do. Double meat with Cheese, long time since I got a double. We didnt tell them cheese and they didnt offer. They are not obligated to ask but they should. Some people want it and forget to ask for it when they order by number. Other than that it was good food and ok service.

No one likes to give their hard earned money to bigots. Not worth the 17 minute wait on 2 combos, which was missing one fry- y'all can keep it!! Also, give your darker skinned employees some training on customer service, damn!

Waited in the drive thru 31 minutes behind just 4 cars on a Wednesday night. Very disorganized and unprofessional staff. Asked me what I ordered when I got to the final window. Slow service and subpar to Whataburger's usual standard. Not recommended if you are in a hurry.

Black manager acted like she didn't want to give my food to me. She asked a guy that ordered after me if he ordered my number, then went to drive through. Didn't ask me anything. Paused. Then asked what I ordered. It was weird.

About six people waited over 20 minutes to get their orders. All of our orders were screwed up. Did not get all of mine's plus I had extra food that I did not order. My kids nor I liked the food either.

Just watched the store manager come out of the restroom, use the hand sanitizer, THEN grab a tray from a customer who was leaving and toss the contents into the trash, then without washing again she went straight to help out in the kitchen. I mean, I've seen worse, but come on.

Went to get breakfast...because it is usually always good at this Whataburger. I went to the drive thru because I had to get back to work. I did not check in the bag before I drove off or I would have taken it inside. But when I arrived back at work I looked in my bag and was totally grossed out. SEE PICS IN COMMENT BELOW. And also why must they put the hash browns in the bag upside down?

My family and I were EXTREMELY impressed with the service. There was a small mistake on my order and several people went above and beyond to correct it.....And the burgers are HUGE and delicious!! I wish we lived closer!
