Excelente lugar y el BBQ ni se diga ;)
Really great BBQ ! Loved the salad and will definitely just have them do my next meal I need catered. Fast and good AND it's TEXAS BBQ sign me up!!
The measure of a business, is what they do after they make a mistake. I was in on Veterans Day, and they weren't aware of the veterans promotion. I was upset and contacted their corporate office. I IMMEDIATELY received a call from the owner, who apologized profusely for their error. He promptly offered is two free meals. After some reflection I accepted his apology, but will decline the free meals.
They are struggling bad, like every restaurant around, and getting free stuff seems wrong. So Chris, thanks. I will come eat when I can afford to PAY. Because we need to support our local small businesses. (Franchise). Please join me in supporting this Dickeys location! Sincerest... Kenneth
Great food!!! We were very happy with our experience there! One of the employees came out to the dining area and thanked us for coming in. He said covid has really affected them and usually on a Saturday they’d only see 3-5 people. He said when we came in with our large group it was such a blessing. We loved that he shared that with us! But seriously the food was delicious, everyone go eat at Dickey’s BBQ in downtown Dallas!!
Just got done with a tenant event that was done by Dickey's. It was full service that they did, so they set it up the food and served as well. They were professional and friendly. Food was great as well not dry and it was hot. They served from 270-300 people very efficiently and with a smile. Can't wait to use them again for another event! Keep up the good work.
The Staff are friendly and helpful. The prices are very reasonable for what you get and the food is delicious. They have 3 different kinds of BBQ sauce. 9 different meats and 8 different sides.Something for everyone. The bakers baked potato is excellent! The fountain drinks and tea are huge!Plenty room to dine in.
great food, great quantity and an amazing environment!
This little hole-in-the-wall is a fully stocked Dickeys... not to worry. Located in the Lower Level of the Renaissance Tower at 1201 Elm Street, it is a bit of a trek to get to, but well worth the trip. (There are several other food vendors down there.) Little matter that they are fully stocked, as I always get the BBQ Sandwich Plate with the sauce on the side, potato salad, jalapeno beans, and onions and jalapenos as "sides". Yummy! The guy at the counter was very friendly and attentive to my needs, me being in a wheelchair. There were plenty of available clean tables in the large dining area shared with Chick Fila. The ambience of being in the skyscraper-solid and squeaky clean Renaissance Tower with superbly attentive "valets" ("Building Guides"? Sorry. I don't know what you are really called, but you are excellent!) added to the experience. You KNOW you're in DOWNTOWN Dallas. It feels truly luxurious.
We used this location for a catering event. They were on time and the order was accurate. Everyone raved about the food. Great choice! We would love to use them again.
The barbecue sandwich is much better and cheaper that what Serj is offering. I just can't get over $11 for a BBQ that really not that great.
