I ordered chicken/beef platter using Uber eats (pickup) for lunch. The food was good enough for the price (15$), and I didn't need anything else to feel fed. The taste was kinda bland, but white sauce helps. But the hot sauce was too hot for me. The room was clean, and the staff was fast and friendly, thanks!

Very simple but delicious food options that are well priced and have a good portion size. The menu is limited with gyro style meat only but it tastes so good it works. It would be nice to see lamb added to the menu eventually.

Very good for what we expected. Chicken gyro was awesome. Baklava was excellent. Pricing OK. Service was fast. Atmosphere was nice outdoors. Simple but good fast food chain.

Walk in and go straight to the counter to order. You tell them what you want and they make it in front of you. The chicken gyro was nice and hot. The white sauce was really good as well. My fries stayed hot for a long time lol! Definitely a good lunch spot if you're in the area.

Great gyros, bowls, hummus and more. Bare-bones fast food atmosphere, but the food is the best. Staff at this location is much nicer than another I sometimes visit.

Absolutely GREAT food!!! OMG! My first time going to one of these and the meal was so good, I stretched it out to eat more of it later! You get everything you need for a meal in one dish. You get your salad, rice, 🍞 bread, choice of meat and the dressing is to die for! I can't tell you how great it is. You have to go and get your own! Then tell me what the experience was like!

I love a good gyro sandwich and falafel. A good tzatziki sauce is key also. I have been excited to try the Halal Guys and finally dined in Sunday for the first time and ordered the combo platter with a side of falafel. Unfortunately the food did not live up to the hype. The lettuce seemed to come out of a bag and was limp. The beef and chicken lacked flavor and traditional spices and was sloppily smothered with the bland "white sauce." The falafel was overcooked and hard. I could have gotten a more satisfying meal elsewhere. I left feeling underwhelmed and still hungry.

I like when there is a lot of hype about a new eatery. It makes me want to give it a try. Based on the line alone it's a very popular place. There were 10-15 people in front of us. It gave me a minute to take in the menu before we ordered. The line moved quick. The food was fresh and delicious. The humus was great. No complaints here.

Looking for something different and VERY tasty? This is the place. Good-sized portions, friendly staff, fast service... and the price is right. I could eat here every day. Skip the chicken, go straight for the beef.

It is fine. The flavors in the meats are good. The falafel is very good, and very big! They put a lot of filler in the meals (rice, lettuce, tomatoes). Plus they have a "white" sauce that is watered down mayo. It looks like a minted yogurt, it is NOT! And it should be! So the truth is, this place is "ordinary" but has the potential to be so much more. It needs a better white sauce that is authentic to the Middle East, not a "miracle whip" dressing authentic to the South. I want to smell that gyro meat, and taste it in a greasy folded up pita bread. That just didn't happen. And it should for the price of $9 a plate. Try it once for the heck of it, I'd pass the next time and go have a taco.

So, anytime they call the tzaziki "white sauce" I'm concerned. It means there is no yogurt or cucumber in it. The "gyro" was not really the meat you usually see that is sliced off. It's ground beef. The food was not terrible, just okay. The staff was attentive.
Good for a one off, but I don't think we will be back.

I work in Richardson and was really excited for another quick lunch option nearby...especially Halal Guys! Was nervous lunch would take too long grand opening week, but convinced some coworkers to join me today anyway. They were definitely busy and had a small line out the door but it moved really fast! We were able to sit down to enjoy the food at the restaurant and make it back to our desks in 45 min. It was a first for some of my coworkers and everyone loved it!

I regularly eat from the cart on 53rd in NYC and this is a perfect substitute for when I'm home and craving it. The service isn't 5 star - that would be my only complaint, but I've had worse service at eateries in this area. If you are looking to fill your craving from the guys in NYC, this is your place!
