Penne Pomodoro (preston & Forest) - Dallas - Photo album

I adore the ambience and food. The service is always pleasant, and the cuisine is fantastic! You almost don't want to eat the lasagna because it is so gorgeous. Snack on some roasted Brussels sprouts.
Pros: Pasta. Ordered broccoli, got broccoli, which is an upgrade. Service was spectacular! Cons: Desert not so tasty, was sour, kitchen chefs were yelling at each other when I came in and it went on for a long time. Toilets are for one person, but have chairs in them. Oil and vinegar for bread was
My friends have been telling me about Penne Pomodoro. We ventured over a couple weeks ago. Such a cozy place. I had the Mother Earth. So delish😋along with the yummy Focaccia bread. They had pasta dishes that looked incredible. We toasted to a wonderful Chianti 🍷🍷Highly recommended.
I went there last week for the first time, and I absolutely loved their food. There are a lot of restaurants that say authentic Italian in this area, bat they rearly are. This is one of the most authentic Italian food you can get in North Dallas. Will definitely be back.
I love the food and atmosphere. The staff is always friendly and the food is amazing! The lasagna is so beautiful you almost hate to eat it. Try the roasted Brussel sprouts. I had never liked them until I tried them here. Definitely worth the trip.
Had a great dinner with family. Family owned clearly local by the care they take. Excellent service and food!!!!
Been going to Penne for many years. Its a solid Italian restaurant that has great meatballs and great sauce. The management is top notch and always make sure people are getting good service. They also have brunch on weekends and I highly recommend the hash.
They renovated the restaurant! Much brighter and livelier ambience now! Well done! Our waitress was wonderful and responsive (Thank you Amber for a great experience!). The food (especially the seafood special) was clean tasting and fresh. Veggies and fettuccine were marvelous. It’s become a “We
The pasta is probably the best in town. I have never ordered meat dishes because I order fish when I do not have pasta. The fish has always been fresh and delicious. I love their fresh bread. Deserts are great if you have room. Its a bit pricey but not outrageous. You get what you pay for.
Crowded, but food was good. Service was superb!
