I was running really late for my pick up order because of rain and traffic. I called and the team so graciously said they would postpone the order for me the 20 minutes I requested. As I walked in, they were wrapping up my sandwich. Super appreciative of the extra effort and kindness!

I work nearby so I visit this potbelly very frequently. I have never had an issue with my order or pickup or staff. My sandwich Is always made perfect and anytime I ask for anything extra or substitutions everything is made correctly. The ingredients are always fresh as well. One of the best potbelly locations I have eaten at.

The sandwiches are good, the soups are as well. It's really just a slightly fancier Subway, however I love deli sandwiches. There staff was nice, the location is ready to get to and right near the airport. The place was clean and kept clean. Can't ask for much more.

It’s hard to order the same sandwich twice because they are all so good! Even if they surprised you with a sandwich of their choosing it would be a sure winner. The soups, shakes, and salads are also a must try. Oh and the cookies are baked fresh each morning so you are guaranteed delicious homemade tasting treats. You’ll never look at sandwiches the same after this.

I've lived across the street for months. I'm a transplant patient at Scott and White. I've had many good and bad days, but on days I need a pick me up my momma goes and gets us the Works. It's the best every time... Last time I added grilled Chicken to it. It was huge and amazing as usual. Thank you!

This is your typical Potbelly! It has all of the bells and whistles that you would expect. Good sandwiches, great cookies, and amazing mac and cheese.
The restaurant is well kept with quick service.
The only negative thing about this store is that parking is very limited and fills up quickly. Also, during the week this place is packed for lunch.

The rain was so strong that day, it was flooding everywhere around me and my dog in that parking lot, I was there using the nearby ATM then my Uber canceled on me, so I looked for a place to hide from the rain but It was late and all shops were closed. A nice lady works in this shop named Kay came with her umbrella ( without me asking or even going to this shop) and invited me to stay inside this shop till the rain is over, although it was after working hours. Thank you Kay. You’re a real angel and a good Samaritan.

As far as sandwiches go it is a better product than most. Unfortunately a lot of sandwiches on the menu have pork products but the Mediterranean sandwich is good and light. Pretty healthy imho. Very cozy premises.

I work at this location currently to train and by far it's one of the busiest, fastest, but best locations we have! They have an amazing crew and even with the line out the door they still get you out in less then 8 minutes like we promise! Awesome job crew!!
