For a first timer, I will admit. Simply delicious, all of the food ordered was prepared how I ordered it. I can’t say enough about the customer service because it was the best I could expect. Highly recommended
The service left a lot to be desired. The wait person seemed like their job was the last place they wanted to be. I had to ask twice to get their name. Had to ask to order. Luckily, the food was great. I had the country skillet with pancakes and enjoyed it immensely. The coffee was good yet we had to flag down refills. I will comeback again. I will request a different server. Food is what keeps the score up otherwise the service would have tanked this review.
After visiting two overcrowded waffles houses including a new location in DeSoto, we decided to visit this restaurant. Despite the church crowd they were able to sit us at around 20 minutes. The food and service was great and at a good price.
Nice diner atmosphere. The food was good. I wouldn't call it great, but If you want a good meal at a decent price, this is the place! The staff was friendly, the burger was simple and classic. The wife had the fried fish special and said it was great!.
Delicious. This is what they call a side salad. I ordered a turkey and bacon club. I took 3/4 of it home. Breakfast is to die for😋 yummy!
...2nd visit in 2 week!! The food is Always seasons so well. My husband ordered breakfast that included pancakes that were so fluffy and very tasty. I ordered my favorite Solvaki dish with shrimp no chicken, pescatarian. For some reason I can't find it on the online menu post it, but it's really good!
Lee and Israel in the kitchen do an amazing job! The food is always seasoned perfectly! Our waitresses are always so friendly and polite!! This is quickly becoming one of my favorite restaurants in the area. Great job Chubby's!!
Husband enjoyed his pancakes, egg whites and turkey. I enjoyed my eggs, sausage and grits.....the potatoes were cooked perfect. It was a lot of food so we couldn't eat it all. We did have a concern about the bill. For some reason, if you want egg whites, it appears on the ticket that it's charged double, they explained, and it didn't make since🤷♀️
Chubby's is one of those places I only come here for breakfast. One time for dinner and it was awesome but too busy. Cleanliness is important and this place good on that. Waitresses are attentive and quick to serve. My waitress was pretty darn attractive, lol. Everything from a simple breakfast plate, omelettes and today the breakfast tacos are fulfilling. Oh yeah, see my Pic of that fluffy pecan pancake and whip cream. It was all good!!!! The waitress gave me that LOOK, yum. Everything on the menu went up in price but that's inflation 2022 for you. Take the time to drop by evening it's for lunch.
This is my second time here and it's definitely not what I expected. It was nicer 😂
It's set up like an IHOP on the inside. Very clean and the staff are really nice. The food portions are big and the prices are more than affordable. This meal below was $13! The plate set up may not be pretty however, the food was great.
I'll definitely be back sooner than later.
Have been here many times with a date. Good food and service. Reasonable prices. But today got a disappointment. At checkout I seen a young man that looked like a hobo., dirty, sitting next to cashier. I thought he might have ordered a to go meal and waiting on it. He followed us out to my car asking me and my date for money. Told him no. Then seen him follow a very elderly lady to her car. I stepped out, and told him to leave or I call police. He cussing me while walking away. I was there 3-4 pm on Nov 27.
