I happened to pass this place and decided to stop. I have always wanted to try korean cuisine, but was afraid of what I could not identify. I ordered the Daiji Bulgogi. OMG!!! To say the food is good is an insult. It was excellent and had so much flavor. This is going to be my special occasion spot.
The food was AMAZING along with the awesome staff. Very friendly and welcoming. We will be back.
This was my first time ordering Korean BBQ, I can't begin to explain how impressed I was with the food and flavor for the money we spent. Thank you for the great food and service, I will be back again.
On a Saturday afternoon this place was nice a few people but we felt relax out waiter was very nice, I Just didn't like he sit us on one corner also he didn't want to make California Rolls for my Son he suggested sushi, but my son doesn't eat raw fish. So he explained the menu to my son change his mind to try chicken teriyaki and he love it!
I came for the raw crab with chili paste dishes, because not a lot of Korean restaurant in DFW area have that dish. Then, I end up ordered more food. All the dishes taste very good, and it all come in big portion. Customer service is excellent, the servers advise me on what to order, how to eat it, check up on me all the time. Mask and temperature check are required to entry.
My Daughter and I stopped here while in the area. Amazing, tasty, great service. Very quaint inside. We loved the teriyaki chicken and bbq beef 🥩
They have dividers between some of the tables. We went early and were seated at one of them- felt almost like a separate room, which was really nice. Server was knowledgeable and smoothly attentive, we felt like we were served by a private butler. We ordered Haemul Pajun, Altang, Honey pork ribs BBQ, and Ojingo Bokum. There were lots of side dishes. Pajun wasn't exceptional but maybe from a little time pressure: they made sure to serve it before the other dishes. Both Ojingo bokum and honey pork ribs came in big portions and were very satisfying. The Altang was stellar. Served in a stone pot with lots of al (fish egg) and tasty broth. We can't wait for our next visit!
My friend and Idecided to eat Korean food but wanted something else other than the typical BBQ. So we started with the spicy rice cake appetizer (dduk bokki) and he had the sashimi salad (Hwe dup bap) and I had the buckwheat noodles in a sweet and spicy sauce (Bibimnengmyun). The dishes were well prepared.
Looking at the menu I would imagine the lunch would be more popular as they had an attractively priced lunch menu (think bento boxes and combos at a lunch price point). We will return for casual Korean food without having to drive to Carrollton or East Plano.
The food was great, the waitress was very nice and attentive. Good atmosphere too. Definitely going back to try something else.
Authentic Korean family restaurant with a self cooking element. ( I suggest going before 8 and 9 PM to ensure you get that experience) The staff was very welcoming. They are a bit touchy when it comes to tipping so if plan on doing so I suggest tipping before you ask for the ticket. I'm not sure why waiters "assume" your going to tip them...my or may not be a thing but I find that to be very rude. Otherwise the food is what you would expect clean and healthy, my only other take away would be the kimchi could have been better.
Amazing service and great food.
Didn’t get to take a picture before we started eating but the seafood pancake and bibibamp were amazing
Delicious. Bento boxes are a great lunch option. Nice variety and generous portion sizes.
