Alfredo was good for dipping, a little thin but I like all cheese everything so I still give it all the stars. Pizza was good, very cheesy and hot. Good cheese pull. Kinda plain but crust was crispy and thin just the way I like it.

So, at first, I didn't know what to say. I was a little bit upset with the one Olive and one tomato in my salad. My server was named Mr Diamond. He took $3 off my bill because I'm looking at this as an actual homemade salad and not something where the owner is going to be cheap about it and just add one tomato and one olive. 🤣
He did explain to me the situation where a lot of people don't like a lot of olives and tomatoes in their salad. So I was happy when the actual slice of pizza came out, which is pretty good and reminds me of a New York Pizza. And the baked manicotta was good. I actually had ordered chocolate homemade cheesecake it wasn't bad at all. Maybe with some hot cocoa or coffee would have made it better. I believe the cheesecakes are homemade.
It's not too bad of experience. I'm not really sure if I'm going to be back, but I'm glad I had to stop in and check it out

My husband and I have been coming here for generations. His son, nephew, and nieces are 3rd generation to dine here. We hope they bring their kids to dine here on a regular as well. This is the most authentic Italian food you will ever eat in the dfw area. They are very consistent with their food. You can never go wrong with this place. This is definitely a hidden gem. Their wings are the most crispiest wings in the dfw. Everything is so flavorful . We always order more than what we can eat because everything is just that good ! We normally order the chicken parmigiana, chicken Alfredo breaded or grilled, wings, cheese bread, pepperoni and black olive pizza, Stromboli, and spaghetti with meatballs. That’s our regular order but everything else on the menu we have tried is delicious as well

First time here. My husband and I were not disappointed. Great price and HUGE pizza. You can tell these are fresh authentic ingredients. Doesn’t taste like your typical pizza.

I was invited to dinner here.
I ordered the Bake Ziti which came with a House Salad and Oh so good House Dressing. Their complementary bread was Delicious also. My BF ordered a Pepperoni Pizza and that too was delicious. The inside is nice and Roomy and had Televisions to watch maybe a Dallas Cowboys Game. The Gentleman that was our server was Very Nice and attentive.
I've been eating at Sal's since 1990 and will continue to go back. You all should give it a try.

We stopped here tonight from the airport and we it was great!! Our servers were great, very friendly and helpful. Nice laid back and a delight place for dinner. The food was amazing and the pizzas are huge and super delish!!! Highly recommend!! Would definitely try to come back here again when we are in the area!!

This is by far the best experience I had in a restaurant in a long time. They made me and my family feel super welcome and took care of us like we were family and not a customer. From the moment we walked in the lady that greeted us, to the waiter to the guy who picked our food plates and served us bread.
Food was also delicious. Alfredo sauce was much better than most places I have eaten before.
Definitely recommend this place.

I had the veal parmigiana sandwich and hubby had the small sausage and pepperoni pizza. My sandwich was really good and the pizza was more like a medium size- needless to say we have lunch for tomorrow! Prices super reasonable for the quality and portion size.

Food was delicious. Really, really delicious. I had the eggplant Parm and I basically licked the plate clean! I read a review that called out the house salad for having only one tomato and one olive - it's true, but the dressing (some kind of tomato house dressing? Cold marinara maybe? Whatever it is, it's probably not everyone's taste, but I loved it) was amazing and I loved every bite.
I've only ever previously ordered to-go from Sal's, but we decided to have a sit and relax and not do dishes kind of night. I enjoyed the old fashioned charm (vinyl tablecloths, for example) and felt very comfortable. But I found it a little weird that one of the TVs played a Scientology infomercial on a continuous loop?! To each their own, I suppose, just don't try to push anything on me and I'm cool.
If you want really good, old-school style Pizzeria type of Italian food, this place will not disappoint!

This pizza is really good 👍🏾 I had got it delivered so sorry for not a lot of pictures because I was working but I have to say they aren’t like all these chains everyone goes to. They go far more than a large pizza they have XL for $14! It does not stop there so glad I heard of this place and tried it!! I highly recommend this pizza then the pizza commercials you see because the quality of this pizza is really delicious 🤤

It might just be me but I think Sal's is a cut above any other pizza place in Dallas. Their Calzone is the best, light and fluffy and has Ricotta inside like it should, not some folded in half pizza. I get it with ham and spinach. The have sports on and if you sit close to the TV you can follow a game without it blaring across the restaurant. You can even get a little game talk over on the bar side with Sal or other patrons. Service there has always been great too. These guys have been in the groove there for decades so drop by if you haven't found this gem yet.

I have been coming here since the 80's and has always been on point, but the last 2 years I have been disappointed with the, all meat Sicilian pizza and this is what I get I know prices go up and I don't mind, as long as the quality is the same. I may give it one more try we will see.

This place has the best Italian food in Dallas: beats all the "white-tablecloth" places hands down. Their Veal Saltimbocca is wonderful and my favorite. I also love their calzone, antipasto salad and meatball pizza. Great Place for Lunch. They also have a full bar.
