The best ice cream in Dallas! It is Italian style "Artigianale" meaning the ice cream is made on the premises and does not come already made in a box from New Jersey or some place like that. I ordered mascarpone-fig and pistacchio both flavors were delicious and authentic where sugar was defenitely not the main ingredient. Thank you Botolino for bringing a small part of Italy to Dallas.
First time there yesterday and absolutely loved the gelato there! The best gelato in Texas, comparable to the best ones in Vancouver, Canada! Can’t wait to be back!
They have large sample sizes when you ask for a taste and I tasted most of their flavors. They didn’t even look at me weird. So, great customer service! Clean space and all natural ingredients. We spent $11.24 for two kids cup. Each kid cups allows for the mixing of two flavors.
Always a pleasant experience at Botolinos (both locations). The ice cream is delicious. 🍦 My partner and father thought the espresso + cappuccino was well-made. ☕️ I wish they had strawberry cheesecake ice cream (please add to your menu 🥹). I can’t wait to try their cakes one day - they look beautiful.
Must try flavours: white coffee, coconut 🥥, milk chocolate 🍫, and mascarpone & fig.
Best Gelato I've had in my life so far. I like the matcha, gianduia, white coffee, and more but can't remember all the ones ive tried. Their flavors change occasionally so you always have new flavors to try. You can sample many flavors before picking what you want. Parking is kind of limited since it's dallas so it's either street parking or paid parking. They have a dog water bowl so pets are allowed. There is outside tables too!
Better than Nutella dessert, such a great combination of flavors and textures. Ice cream is balanced in sweetness and textures combine so well together when eating. Everything tasted so fresh and perfect!
It was a bit pricey for just the kid sized two flavor cup, however I enjoyed the taste of the Gelato, my selected favors being Don Pistachio and Pecan; I was just so glad they had a selection of nut flavors. I tried a few flavors before I settled on what to get, and they had a water station as a palette cleanser for taste testing!
Both the indoor and outdoor seating was clean and stylish. For transparency, they explain that their flavors are made with simple ingredients. They even have a suggestions box too. I was quite impressed with the professionalism of it all and I would stop by again.
This place is gorgeous 😍. The ambiance is so cozy and beautiful. It adds to the Gelato experience. You can also see them preparing it out of the window. It's been a while since I've been taking back by a place and this one knocked me off my feet. (Maybe I should get out more) customer service was on point and the place smells so lovely. Fresh waffle! The flavors they have is different and the flavors! Out of this world. A great balance of sweet and creamy 😋
I had been here on a weekday night and it was packed. The ice cream was super tasty and good. I had the white coffee and it was phenomenal. Every flavour that my party tried was really good. I haven’t tried the cakes yet but they definitely are a visual treat
Oh my gosh this Gelato is fantastic! Stopped in with the family for a treat and so glad I did. I had the Marscapone and Fig which was creamy and delicious, but I also had the PBJ which is the best Vegan offering ever, hands down. The Coffee flavor was also remarkable with the coffee flavor coming through bright and clear but in no way overpowering. The flavors are just such an improvement over the standard Gelato you find at other places that it is truly hard to overstate the difference.
Service was spot on with the team behind the counter happy to let us sample different flavors.
If you love Gelato and haven't been here you are straight up missing out!
Best Gelato in the DFW. We've had amazing Gelato in different cities and countries, and have been on the hunt for good Gelato in the DFW. We've been disappointed many times, so we are so happy to find this place! We had the white coffee Gelato, lemon rose, and pistachio. All superb. If unsure, just try a sample. Highly recommend Botolino and will be back to try more.
Sign outside said best ice cream in Dallas -- had to put them to the test. The Gelato was awesome -- so tasty and smooth. Service was great with fun loving -- but customer focused team members! Was the perfect compliment to follow up a great dinner at Knox Bistro. Will come back for sure! If you haven't tried it -- you need to!
