Review Mirador - Dallas

We had excellent service. We went for lunch. The lunch menu is lovely. We tried the deviled eggs with a topping of caviar and the velvety tomato soup. I had the escarole ceasar salad with capers, and it was excellent, such a perfect balance of crunch and flavors. Next, I had the pappardelle with oxtail ragu. It was awesome, silky, and perfect. I cannot wait to go back again.

Dining at MIRADOR is like stepping into a whimsical wonderland of taste. The menu reads like a novel, and each dish is a carefully crafted chapter that unfolds on your palate. Expect the unexpected and savor the magic in every bite.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Tried the tasting menu and it was pretty good. Getting in the restaurant is a bit awkward. Will need to try the regular menu next time.

Pricy but nice. We sat on the patio Wich was good but we didn't have the best view. Really want to be on the East or West sides. Food was really great and so was the service. My wife and I went here for our anniversary. Multiple waitresses congratulated us.

Mirador is in the beautiful 4510 building in downtown Dallas and is an awesome spot for dinner or brunch! Attentive servers, a stylish interior, and an awesome menu. Weather you are there for dinner or lunch, the food will not disappoint. If there for brunch, be sure to check out the breakfast sandwich (being from NJ I have high bagel standards, but this one is good!) and their tots are to die for. Great cocktail selection too. There is usually parking nearby, or, they valet.

Mirador is what fine dining should be. A breathtaking view, increadible food, and welcoming service. Felt like the king of the world on top of the roof viewing out onto downtown Dallas sipping a beer. Out of all the nice places I've been this one felt the most luxurious - while being very personal and romantic. $150 tab for two is about the minimum you can expect here, but you don't go to a place like this and expect a minimum of anything.

One of my favorite places in down town Dallas. First, taste is great. Kind of dishes mixing with American and French. You must be satisfied with. Second, atmosphere is perferct to bring your precious one. Price is reasonable taking quality and atmosphere into consideration. One thing I would like to mention is a little bit difficult to find this place. Don't trust the location on google map, but you should trust the address. The building of this restaurant is on the same site of "giant eye." also share the same gate with giant eye. Staffs are so kind, friendly and professional.

Came here on a Friday afternoon (half an hour before close!) for lunch. We felt welcomed and never rushed. You can valet your car (for free) and take the elevator to the penthouse. The elevator doors open facing the bar area, but walk out and round the corner on your left to find the hostess stand. The place is beautifully decorated, modern and whimsical. The restaurant has a very beautiful open plan with tons of windows. The food was amazing - we started with the coconut shrimp chowder, which had a distinctly thai flavor profile. It was delicious, and they were generous with the shrimp. Next, we had the lobster roll which was a beautiful marriage of fresh and light and buttery flavors. The bun was perfectly toasted although a bit crumbly and the lobster was fresh. The side of fries were a good accompaniment. We also had the orecchietti, which was a lovely tart yet creamy pasta with a nice crunch from the baked breadcrumbs atop. We wanted dessert and our server was amazingly helpful in her recommendations. We had the apple pie praline and subbed an ice cream of the day for the usual accompaniment. Apparently this is freshly made to order, so while we waited we had the plate of cookies. All of the cookies were delicious, but the madeleines were perfectly fluffy, and the apricot gummies were the best of the bunch. The apple pie praline had a rock sugar topping on the crust and was more than large enough for two to share. It was a delicious take on apple pie, with caramel and tons of textures on the palate. The ice cream, which they make in house, was also wonderful. Creamy and subtly flavored and not too sweet. Overall, highly recommended. Can't wait to return.

This place is simply fantastic! This hidden gem not only had a great atmosphere, but the food was impeccable. My boyfriend and I decided to share the Scottish salmon (we weren't too hungry unfortunately), a side of tater tots, and a summer salad, which was the salad of the day. The salad was extremely flavorful, the salmon was cooked to perfection, and I kid you not, the tater tots melted in our mouths! For dessert, we ordered both the cookie plate and the apple pie praline and had absolutely no regrets. Overall, this place has easily made my list for one of my favorite restaurants in Dallas.
