This is a great spot for small concerts and late night entertainment. It's definitely a hole in the wall but that's exactly how it should be. It's a little too dark and dreary for me during the day but it always draws a fun crowd in the evening and they have a constant flow of live music performances which is always fun.

Nashville feel in Dallas!. Established in 1963, and you can tell, which is a quality I find quite endearing about this dive bar. After moving to Dallas from Nashville, I was so happy to find a dive bar with live music here in Dallas. Grab a burger and relax for a low-key evening!
Good and greasy. Just gotta love the old Adair's greasy, mustard burger !!!
Dallas has a fascination with thin patties. Adair's defies that horrible waste of good meat and gives you a flavorful burger that requires two hands. Add the surroundings that overflows with authenticity and you have the best burger in town.
Great cheeseburgers. Cheeseburgers are worth the trip by themselves. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, and shuffleboard make this place a great one to visit. The band Quaker City Nighthawks was awesome as well! Parking is free and monitored in the back.
Adair's Hamburgers. The picture on the menu of the Hamburger is all wrong! I went to Adair's for years and have cooked over 85 burgers there in one night!! You put the cheese & onions on top of the meat - no tomatoes or lettuce. Add a large jalapeno on the top of the bun and your done.
If your wanting the best burger in town... This is the place to go. Won't eat a burger anyplace else.

Burger and fry special for $8.99 that had one of the best burgers I've ever had. That combined with the live music (on a Tuesday night) and friendly bartenders makes me wish this little bar was in my neighborhood.
Adair's makes a great burger and has a cold Lone Star beer for ya. A jukebox with your favorite Country classics. An old staple bar in Deep Ellum for all the country music lovers, So come down and enjoy a good time. Has a stage with live acts also playing some nights.
First thing I saw was the writing covering everything possible. Felt like a classic spot that everyone has come to at one time or another.
Food was great, drinks were quick, and the company was refreshing. At the time there were not many people, but I can imagine that changes when the live music is around.
A shame I could not be around to really experience what this place can offer.
Greasy spoon bar fare with all the charm grandma would hate. I recently enjoyed a shot of tequila, a cold Pilsner, and a TASTY (yet expensive) burger. Great live music on a regular basis. Adair’s is a Deep Ellum institution.
Fun bar with good drink and even food late night. Love music untill at least midnight when we went. You can sign the walls or tables which of course is something you have to do. Staff was awesome.
