I was hoping for a hazelnut brew but they didn’t have one so I settled for brewed coffee with hazelnut shots kinda nasty but that’s my own fault I’ve never tried it like this b4. We were told that the employee who was suppossed to be on shift didn't show up so it took awhile to place our order...but the lady who was helping us 'hit the ball out of the park' She did awesome, she explained the issues and appologized for the delay. Today was my first time here and I'm really glad I found it. I'm always impressed by a genuine good cup of coffee. I was able to do writing without much distraction; the music isn't too loud, and it's a comfortable environment for work.

Excellent coffee. A lot of people go to a place like Starbucks out convenience. Don't get me wrong Starbucks is okay. But it is the "fast-food" of coffee. Urban Blend on the other hand has a much higher standard. Anytime I am downtown, I rush over and buy a cup. The clientele is nice also. Polite st
