I went for the very first time with a friend girl of mine and it was terrific! It's a small place with a long wait for brunch but totally worth the wait! They have an area outdoors with two swinging benches to wait. It's in the Bishop Arts area.
I ordered chicken and waffles with some grits... the chicken breast was seasoned to perfection! The waffles are mini but tasty and grits were awesome! The servers are very pleasant and friendly making it a good atmosphere!
We fell in love with the food, restaurant, staff, and Chef Blythe. Everything was prepared to perfection. Deviled eggs, fried okra, lamb lollipops, chicken fried ribeye, meatloaf, and cocktails were amazing. Love from Abilene...see yall again soon!
It's a little crammed. Other than that nice atmosphere and great food. On this visit I had the Pink Magnolia Punch with the Cayenne Shrimp and Grits. Not spicy and a great buttery flavor. Awesome presentation. Phenomenal service.

Chef Beck and Thomas were amazing! I recommended this place for my birthday brunch and was not disappointed. Thomas was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, food was delicious, drinks were great! Definitely recommend this gem.
First not only are the staff all so nice and knowledgeable about the menus, but they go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. Carl aka Cocoa was AMAZING and oh so good looking😍 . Second the food was Mind blowing!! They fixed my drink to my preference and everything was just perfect. My sister was visiting from Seattle and was surprised that not only did she get to eat Blythes amazing food but she about passed out when she got to meet her! Blythe was so personable and lights up the room. Yall have to go experience this for yourself even the bathrooms have character. You can tell Blythe put her foot, soul,and heart in it.
Celebrated a birthday at brunch with friends. Called & made a reservation for 10 a couple days in advance & all went smoothly! Definitely a rush during a Sunday brunch the food was outstanding, Management was so accommodating & service was quick. I personally Had the Peach bellini × brandied Cherry, chef's deviled eggs, warm crab dip & strawberry pancakes. All fabulous! My entire party enjoyed most entrees on the menu & all were pleased.The decor & atmosphere is delightful. I truly do look forward to returning.
My business partner and I were doing some recon on the adjacent building and we decided to stop in for a quick bite. The chef/owner just happened sitting across from us and we got to chatting. She was awesome, her staff was awesome, the look and ambiance of the place was awesome. Oh and the food...just so happens it was awesome. We had the lamb chops and deviled eggs. May have been the best lamb chops and deviled eggs of my life!
The food was good but they didn't have a lot of the items I wanted. First time there, and would visit again. Nice ambience.
It's a quaint restaurant with an upscale urban vibe. Very experienced servers and waitstaff. I had the corned beef hash which was excellent. The food is southern home cooking with a modern twist.
Great service and very tasty food. It was loud when we were there but that's cause there was a bridal shower going on at the time.
