Think about how difficult it is for a restaurant to distinguish its salmon dish from other restaurants. This is the best salmon I had in my life.

The menu does not begin to describe the food. Superior. Flavorful creative mixes that appeal to all at the table. A tad $$$, but quality costs. No big overfilled MSG laden plates. Ambience is also tasteful. Return visit eminent.

Wow, they have a legitimate cool location having taken over the former Preston Hollow Grill space. Wild King salmon was fantastic and the food is priced ala Hillstone but equal to or better quality. A hidden gem in Midway Hollow. Best outdoor patio in Dallas is opening at the end of March.
