Pappas Bar-b-q - Dallas - Photo album

Came here for a quick bite to eat, and was floored with how good it was. The tangy bbq sauce was excellent. It was decorated well, and had plenty of space. Hearing the rain on a tin roof just added to the overall feeling of western bbq. Not the best bbq in the state, but WAY better than any fast foo
My first time here was great. I can't wait to come here again. The food was delicious.
I didn't know this place was a chain and usually prefer small business BBQ joints if I'm paying these prices for this type of food. That being said, it was very good! I think it's a little pricier compared to other places you could go to but I would prefer this compared to Spring Creek or Dickey's i
Big open space...Great AC & ceiling fans on maximum speed... (in other words I was actually chilly) But better to be cool than hot in the middle of August in Texas. Love the decor and chairs and booths as well as the salad/veggie/condiment Bar. Great choices of meats and sides. Our sweet potatoes w
Visited Pappas and had to wait because my shredded pork burger takes longer unbeknownst to me. I got rather impatient because everyone else was eating so I asked for the manager Juan Gonzales. He was super explaining the process. I felt appeased and it was worth the wait. Tender, juicy and well seas
Food was decent. Had the Pork Trio ( Pulled Pork, Pork Ribs, Sausage ). The Pulled pork and sausage was good but ribs were a little tough than I expected. Great choices on sides. All in all not bad just wish the ribs were more tender and fall off the bone.
Pappas was pretty good bbq, we stopped in for dinner. The place was clean the staff was friendly and attentive. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich and fries with a side Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese was really good... Definitely try some. The pulled pork was pretty good but not the best I've ha
Out of baked potatoes. You order at the counter, no wait staff. Service was slow. Turkey Breast was dry and BBQ original sauce wasn't great. Salad was a generous portion, other sides are smaller portions. Chicken seemed undercooked. For $20/plate fast food style, I expected more.
I absolutely love the smoked wings here. They're only served on the weekends. The brisket patty melt is awesome.
I tried the brisket burger for the first time and it was delicious!

The brisket and ham were great the only side I tried was the salad which was also good. The rib were okay but I wouldn't recommend unless you just want ribs but all and all a good place to eat
Amazing!! I was traveling from Houston and we found this location nearby our hotel. We had to come and check it out. I ordered online early that Sunday morning, arrived late, and they still were nice enough to hold my huge order. I needed it for a graduation party and they came through. Everything w
Good BBQ! I ordered the two meat platter, brisket and the pull pork. The brisket no utensils are needed. It had good smoky flavor and the meat was no over cooked. The pork, was good it had good seasoning. The place is very spacious and the staff helpful and welcoming.
Pappas makes some of the consistently best BBQ around anywhere in Texas! I especially love their Pork Ribs smoked in their sweet glaze sauce. But this place has everything. Chicken, pork, pork or beef ribs, baby back ribs, smoked turkey breast and sausages. All smoked onsite in their huge rotary
