Mannn I loved this place and I loved their prices even more !! Amazing cajun & brunch food for a reasonable price. I could come down here every weekend and it won’t hurt my pocket. We shared the seafood boil and we each got the chicken and waffles and the fettuccine shrimp cajun pasta. Let me tell
Today is beautiful so we sat outside. Remy enjoyed his Belgium Waffle. I ordered Boudin Balls. Chicken wings fried pickles salad with a chopped chicken breast bottomless mimosas. The service is great. No wait time. I may try the bread pudding with bourbon sauce.
If you look at my explorations of food and beverage, you'll find a fella that loves great food. And ya can bet I have found some real gems for flavor. For me, this place ranks way way up in the best of them. The food was bang'n! I ain't jokey-jokester about it. This is really good food. And when I c
Bought boudin balls, cup of seafood gumbo, etouffee. Good flavors. Popular place. In Deep Ellum.
Great food and amazing service! The bartender, Todd, was so sweet and attentive! The owner is extremely friendly and welcoming! Definitely my go-to brunch and lunch spot from now on!
Really good live music and some of the best wings I've ever had. The waffles need a recipe change cause they need to be airy and crispy not soggy and mushy.
This spot is a hidden gem! Don’t let anyone tell you different! The food was awesome and I enjoyed the mimosas as well. One of the few spots left where you can get unlimited mimosas and for ONLY $7! For my appetizer, I had the boudin balls, they were flavorful and delish! My entree was the chicken
I went there for a late lunch with my Fiancé, which was a regular when they first opened and The service Changed. We had to keep asking for stuff which became annoying, maybe it was a bad day. Esme did recognize my Fiancé and was very friendly and attentive. Now... the food, WAS DELICIOUS!! They h
Tasty, fresh food. Ordered Boudin balls and fried Catfish Atchafalaya. Delicious! However, gratuity was included; I dined solo. Will be back though!
One of the best places to pick up a Po boy in the dfw area. We've been coming here for a couple years and not once have we been disappointed. Their banana pudding is 🔥🔥🔥. Bread pudding wasn't our favorite. No matter if we're picking up or dining in, service is always great. If you're in deep ellum a
Buckie's is the hidden gem for Cajun & creole food. I started going to them years ago when they were off of live oak called the alligator café. The food is seasoned to perfection, fair prices for the portion sizes and quality and on top of that the service is amazing! If you know anything about 337
Babe and I decided to get out on a Saturday afternoon and scroll around Deep Ellum! We ran upon this hidden treasure on Elm Street! Mannnn we was NOT DISAPPOINTED! As you can see everything on the menu sounded so good! We got a little bit of this and that!! I mean the food was sooooo goooooddd!! Fam
This place is no joke. Missed my opportunity to hit up a museum so I decided to treat myself to the "All you can eat" Catfish special. Three orders later and a side of of Jalapeno Cornbread Waffle I have found a great place to chill and eat some outstanding food. Also tried the Crawfish Enchiladas,
I ordered the Crawfish bites, Garden salad, Shrimp & Grits, a burger, Shrimp wrapped in bacon and a large iced tea! Everything was great until I got to the middle of my burger. Yes, I got sick from the raw meat. But I would still visit this place because of the friendly service and the rest of the f
Thursday all day happy hour can't be beat 😉
Fun place with a nice covered patio and live music. Blues band was good. The seafood offerings I saw all looked tempting but I'm on a low sodium diet and ate a burger. Chef was willing to cut the salt etc. Still very tasty. Iced tea was fresh and strong and made sitting on the patio at 7pm with
