Review Mesero - Dallas

The food and atmosphere were good. I enjoyed it. It was a great place to come, solcialize, people watch and eat. I think I will try the bar next time. Seemed like a cool setup. It was too cold to check out the patio, but thats where I was told the best seating was.

I had a good time at Mesero. We had a large party and the restaurant was willing to work out payment methods with us on splitting checks, we greatly appreciated it. We all shared some of our dishes and everything I tried was very good! I am Hispanic so I had very high expectations and they were met with great flavors. I ordered the chicken with vegetables, a plain dish, and the chicken was so juicy and flavorful! The vegetables were the perfect texture and also well seasoned. Overall I enjoyed the great food and good service.

The chorizo breakfast tacos were great and recommend this place for brunch. Sit outside in the patio by the golf course and enjoy the view. The service is great as well. I’ve been back since and had amazing dinner service. The mole enchiladas are a great choice.

We had such a wonderful time with Jill as our server. The brisket nachos were yummy and we topped them with the queso too. My friend enjoyed the ceviche as her meal and I had the asada tacos. Everyone in our group was very happy with the food, service and atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back!

Not only is Mesero my favorite Mexican restaurant in DFW, it’s definitely the best patio in DFW, overlooking the Prestonwood Golf Course 🥂 Can always best recommend the Cremaqueso Enchiladas, El Miguelito, and the Queso Fundido. The Churro Pancakes are fantastic for brunch. Make sure to visit the Addison location over Legacy West, both the service & food are another level. The drinks are top notch as well- I'm a huge fan of the margaritas and frose.

I recently attended a private party at this establishment and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. We had our own bar, and the food was absolutely fantastic - the seared tuna appetizer was especially delicious. The rainbow margarita was also perfectly balanced. Needless to say, I will definitely be returning in the future for more.

Mesero serves well and delivers timely satisfaction! This is my second time going to Mesero and both time have been delightful! I admire their decor very much - it makes the Mexican culture pop. Their outside patio area is profoundly amazing and provides a wonderful background for pictures! We went during a busy time so had a wait a little longer for our group (call ahead so you don't have to wait as long). Their area is also undergoing a bit construction so makes parking a bit tough. The staff and service there very friendly and work with you if you have a big group (FYI - groups larger than 10 will need to be on one check). Their menu is exceptional, especially the appetizers. My girlfriend and I ordered the Queso Fundido - a delicious dish of cheese with chorizo. For an entree we got the Pollo La Brasa, grilled chicken covered in chipotle sauce and served with grits and a smoked lemon. I'm a big fan of Chipotle so this dish served me well! My girlfriend also got the Catalina cocktail, a composite of natural sweetness (taste a lot like juice so beware 😱). Overall my experience was great and would definitely come again! My girlfriend also has some thoughts to share of her experience: "I had a great experience at Mesero! The Addison location is my favorite by far because they have the best patio. It backs up to a beautiful golf course so the view is not looking into a parking lot. I started off with the Catalina cocktail which was delicious. I definitely recommend it if you like fruity drinks and St. Germain. We also ordered the Queso Fundido as an appetizer and it was fenomenal! Melted cheese loaded with chorizo and potatoes served with a side of fresh tortillas.. what’s not to love? We decided on something off the beaten path for the main dish and ordered Pollo La Brasa! It was pretty good! It consists of grilled chicken on top of cheesy grits in a chipotle sauce. The grits and sauce were by far my favorite part, as the chicken was not as flavorful. But it was still great, especially with the squeeze of grilled lemon served with it. If you prefer more marinated meat, I would suggest going for a steak or pork dish! We were way too full for dessert, but next time I definitely want to try the Conco Leches cake!"

The ambiance is classy and authentically unique. My family and I sat outside this last Sunday. We had amazing appetizers, amazing brunch/lunch and great service from our waiter. I ordered the french toast and the Mesero scrambled and I was very impressed by how tasty and flavorful the food was. Definitely coming back!

I been here before few times but this time They change menu in my opinion for the worse plate I order carne asada I didn't see he value for what I paid mostly grilled onions and a few pieces of carne asada for $21 rice and beans my tap Was $132 with my drinks not happy for what I paid and yes I still tip My server wasn't his fault At all but I felt like mr mesero is Going down hill on his menu prices going up and up and value is just not there for me

First visit today for lunch and this was the best Mexican meal I have had in quite some time. We eat a lot of Mexican food and this was a very refreshing surprise. From the three salsas and chips to the cheese enchiladas, shrimp tacos to the beans de la olla, everything was well prepared, fresh and very tasty. We didn't have any cocktails but even the iced tea was fresh and had taste. The service was fast and friendly and the room itself was nicely appointed and very clean. I really can't think of anything Mesero was lacking. Even the prices were competitive. We will definitely be back.

Great ambience, the patio is the best view in Dallas. The food is eclectic Mexican gourmet etc. etc. The drinks are amazing and friendly waitstaff and management :-)

Honestly, the BEST place to eat. You will feel welcomed as soon as you walk in the door. Amazing food, great staff, and even better margaritas! Perfect patio for a weekend night out with friends. Mico and Miriam are the best and will treat you like family.

I really like this location. Love the outdoor patio and the bar area by the patio. Drinks are always handmade and delicious. Food is high end tex mex with some flair. For example 3 different types of complimentary salsa in modern dishes vs the typical tomato. Each person gets their own small thing of chips. The waitstaff is mostly very attentive. Sometimes they get packed and service slows a little. Miriam, the store director, is a delight. She's done a great job on this location! Am a frequent customer and can't wait to go back for more.

Such a fantastic restaurant! Mesero has a well thought out, gourmet menu. Service was on point, and the drinks are OUTSTANDING, atmosphere and patrons are chic. 5 stars!! **Try the Pumpkin Rita (I think they are seasonal, but WOW!)

The food is great with an incredible view of the golf course. The outside patio backs right into it. My favorite venue!

Atmosphere was good. The company I was with, was good. Food was ok, the service was weird. I would recommend Urban Taco or Micocina first.

The Chihuahua enchiladas are on point! This place had a great vibe and great service!

I've been there 3 times. The first one was right before closing. They graciously showed us in and made a lovely fresh dinner for us. Each time, the wait staff has been lovely. The place is physically gorgeous. Plan to have their choco-flan.

Its the real deal! Great location and food and service is fantastic. I love the style and ambiance of the restaurant, which at times can be more desirable than the food. Not the case here. The food again is excellent. Recommend the Braised Pork!

The food was amazing, the Margarita was amazing and the waiter was amazing! I had the brisket tacos. What more can you ask for!

Visited the location this Sunday, the bartender was amazing. He was very attentive and got my go to order perfect, I had a few modifications and he remembered everything. He made sure I got everything I needed and offered me some water and chips while I was waiting. I will definitely be back to this location. Great service it’s rare these days
