This is such a nice bright place. It's kind of loud when it's full. Their Are over 700 food choices and over 400 drink choices. I am a simple person who can't make up his mind so this place is overwhelming with so many choices. I like all the sandwiches and many of the pho. Vietnamese iced coffee is enough to get me to pull off the highway and stop by here.

I use to come here all the time as a child, love this place so many options it’s crazy! Thai hot pot was suppose to come with mussels they gave me clam instead, was not happy about that. But overall I missed this place definitely will be back. I did have to ask my waiter for water 3-4 times but it’s okay.

Food was great and they give a-lot. Fun atmosphere but the service was so so. One waiter was rude. We ask for a refill and said he had to take of his table first. He could’ve said
Let me get your waiter.

Wow!! Crazy extensive menu!! Fun, casual atmosphere - family friendly. Quick service. The waiter was friendly and helpful. The food was fresh and tasted great… and the portions were really large. (We will have an entire second meal for later.) The only negative about the food for us was that they brought our main dishes out separately. So either one person eats while the other watches or you wait while one persons food is getting cold.

I enjoy all the pho selections they have. Especially with their promotion, you get 2 phos and buy another one for free. I love their avocado smoothie as well.

Delicious! Everything was perfect and they were quick despite how busy it was! I got the pho with spring rolls and my husband had the lemongrass chicken and some pork egg rolls. It was all amazing and brought out quickly!

Delicious cheap Vietnamese food, but large portions! It felt like I got 2 meals in 1 for $15. The menu has a large selection of items. The music is loud enough where I can’t hear other customers, which made me feel like I didn’t have to whisper during my conversations. Also, look at this cool restroom!

Been coming here for years, always love the food and the atmosphere of the restaurant. Service can be hit or miss but is usually solid.
This last time I got the crab rangoons, orange chicken and the strawberry-banana smoothie, and it was fantastic! I loved the crab rangoons and the sweet and sour sauce that came with them, they were filled up and delicious. The orange chicken was crispy and flavorful, the smoothie was sweet but not too sweet and had a great creamy texture.

Absolute favorite place. The menu has over 400 items so there is always something for everyone. Everything that I had so far is amazing. I love the sweet and spicy dumplings and the sizzling pepper steak. Also can’t go wrong with a smoothie with boba added. My favorite is the mango and pineapple mixed together

Great food! The place is very upbeat, even loud. The menu is hilarious - nearly 500 numbered items. "I'll have a 146 and a 17." Considering the size of the menu, the food was delivered to the table very quickly and the food was wonderfully prepared!

The food is awesome, but the service is not good at all. It takes at least 15 minutes for a waiter to acknowledge you and once you get your food, the waiter doesn't come around again. Will I go back? Heck yes. The food really is great.

My coworkers and I love this place! We go for lunch there often and even take our families on the weekend lol I highly recommend every tofu dish they have, beef rolls, and the coconut fried rice which is HEAVEN in a bowl �

My favorite Vietnamese restaurant ever. This place has a huge menu with great prices and awesome desert drinks too. There are authentic Vietnamese dishes that you can't find anywhere else and the portions are perfect to share.
This place is very unique in how it's decorated with neon lights, club music, big screen tv's everywhere with sports on (esp love it during football season)...it's like a swanky Vegas sports club meets an Asian night club in Hong Kong with a buddhist shrine and they had a baby and named it Bistro B...not your traditional restaurant esp if you're looking for great service but the food is delicious and the vibe is fun and very casual also can BYOB:)
I wish they would open one closer to my house in N Dallas/Plano area.

The number of different dishes Bistro B serves and serves well is absolutely stunning! I am so impressed with the quality, the service and the variety. I have to drive almost an hour to get there, but it is always worth it. Wonderful restaurant!

I love this place! The decor is tacky, but the food is excellent and cheap. We ordered about six different things yesterday and my bill was only $68 and that was CHEAP! The food is excellent and there are a lot of things to choose from the menu.
