This was our first visit.
The deli menu is extensive! I had a rueben, she had a Philly cheese steak sandwich. Both were served hot and piled high.
Easily the best rueben sandwich I've had in Dallas. I like how they kept the dressing on the side. There's so much meat and sauerkraut that I had to use a fork. The fries were good, too.
Table side service was excellent. Everyone looked happy to be there.
We'll be back for sure.

This Deli is in Dallas - I came for the first time in 2010 and many times since - good fresh food all the time unlike a lot of the fast food rubbish in USA - salt beef , pastrami , goulash , great chicken soup and many other dishes and great service. Highly

Finally came across this place after craving a good NY style sandwich. Great 1st time experience.
All food was fresh and made to perfection!.

What's quaint like every movie deli experience and has special waiters that make you want to come back? This place, my wife and I shared stuffed cabbage ,a chicken BLT with Cole slaw.
I asked the waiter for a good appetizer and he surprised us. His words "I will take care of you". Things like that make you feel warm inside and it helped that we told him we had no restrictions and were up for adventure. The cabbage had a warm broth poured over it. Likely what stewed the vegetables and we even got our baby a few bites of the soft carrots.
Sandwiches in a deli seemed like the way to go and Cole slaw was the next side of interest so we jumped for it. That chicken breast was exploding with herb flavors and seasonings that made mayonnaise on the bun unnecessary. Bacon and red onions added just enough flavor and texture variety to make that meal dance. I finished my half and looked hungrily at my wife's plate to see if she finished hers lol.
Eat at this deli for 3 reasons:
1.the staff are the warmest I've met in quite some time.
2. You'll have a quiet moment to eat and think if you're alone and if you're not you'll enjoy a nice atmosphere with your friends
3. The food you get will make you curious about the rest of the menu. It sure made me want to go back.

This place was wonderful. I'm not Jewish, but this Gentile wholeheartedly approves. Chicken-barley soup was very nice, space is quaint, servers are professional and friendly (they don't linger, but they stay on top of things, and it seemed like they knew half the customers personally and asked about them, their families, etc.). My to-go sandwich of corned beef and pastrami on rye was excellent, even reheated. My buddy told me it's been there for decades, and I can understand why. Highly recommended. Shalom!

The pastrami sandwiches here are delicious very authentic! The Brown mustard is a great addition to the sandwich along with the orange sauce they give you. The customer service was great. The place definitely has more of a local vibe which we loved and will definitely be back.

Everything you could possibly expect from a Deli place and much more. I found their corned beef and lox extraordinary. You have to try this place if you haven't already. Trust the staff for suggestions. They answer any question in detail.

Soo good! I had the challah french toast, very thick and yummy! Brooklyn patty melt was soo good like a 10/10, it had onions and I don't even like onions lol. very good! waiters were very nice also 😊 meat loaf also delicious

Had a great first experience here! The veggie cream cheese is the best I've ever tasted, and as someone who has never been to New York (or a New York style deli) it was like stepping into another world. The staff were also incredibly nice. Will come back often!

One of my favorite New York style delis in all of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex it’s fresh every time and the service is lovely. The portions are plentiful and the prices are fair. There’s not a shortage of items you can order from burgers to sandwiches, and skillets etc.

Solid "old school" ny deli. Chicken soup, pastrami sandwich and stuffed cabbage all good. You can't go wrong with an omelette and though I never ordered french toast here, it looks out of this world. Hot coffee is excellent. Service great. Veggies all fresh. Decor could be better but still a super fun and relaxing place for Sunday morning brunch. Good for all ages.

I absolutely love Deli News. Everything I've had has been beyond delicious and the service is always amazing. I had the meatloaf dinner tonight with matzo ball soup. I love love love their matzo ball soup! I needed some comfort food tonight that's for sure and this hit the spot.
I have never had any of their desserts so I splurged and ordered the New York style cheesecake. SO.. FREAKING..GOOD!

This is the best Delecatesson in Dallas! The menu is extensive ( every dish is wonderful and great portions too!) and the food is authentic Delicious fare. It is as good as the Carnegie Deli in New York City. I love this place.

How have I missed this place and lived so near for years??? The food here is so authentic you just can't stop eating! The menu was extensive and the sides like onion bread and butter, garlic pickles, and apple sauce topped with Greek Yogurt, top notch. I have a to go box! I had egg salad stuffed tomato and coleslaw and my husband had the brisket dinner plate with veggies and potato pancakes. They gave both of us salad too. Everything tasted fresh, handmade and cooked, and delicious! Next, we will return to try the all day breakfast. We eyeballed other people's plates and nothing looked unappetizing.

Excellent service. The server was so accommodating of our three young kids. Ultra patient and friendly. And the food was excellent, too. We had the #1 (corned beef and pastrami), the BLT, the latkes, and the Matzo ball soup.
