Hard Rock Cafe

Hostess was welcoming but restaurant was empty maybe this was the sign this wasn't a place to eat. We arrived around 6:00 pm. Returned around 8:00 pm, place was still empty compared to other restaurants we visited around there such as Dicks and House of Blues. In spite of, we ate here based on past experiences at other Hard Rock Cafe. I ordered a medium rare steak, however, it was made well done. They took it back but end up waiting up to an hour. By than my brother and BF were finish eating. The waiter was not attentive. I had to go look for him to pay for check. Since they took my whole plate back, I left hungry. The establishment wasn't ideal but we were kind about the lack of professionalism.

Great night out with my hubby celebrating his Birthday month. The service was awesome with Jessica and food was prompt coming out. The jumbo combo sampler is the bomb and you have to try it. I had a salad the California Cobb salad yes so good and my hubby had the Texian burger he loved it so much. Will we return yes sir it was a all around wonderful experience. I have been a Hard Rock rewards member for almost 5 years, and this was the first time coming to the Hard Rock in Dallas. Came to this location to experience a fun lunch and celebrate my birthday; Hard Rock did not disappoint! I ordered the Local Legendary Burger, which was cooked perfectly. Incredible burger. The fries were on point as well. My girlfriend had a Caesar Salad which was also delicious and well balanced. Our server Rob was awesome, outgoing and did an outstanding job. For your birthday, you get a free Ice Cream Sundae (on top of BOGO Entree if you're a Rewards member)! They made me stand like the "Statue of Liberty" with my ice cream as the restaurant wished me Happy Birthday. Had a fun time with great staff and food, will definitely be back and will highly recommend Rob and the rest of the crew at Hard Rock Dallas to my friends and family.

Had a wonderful experience. Pleasant staff. Shawndra was amazing! She had great suggestions and was quick on serving. Food was phenomenal! The atmosphere was bright and uplifting. The memorabilia and gift shop were on point. The restroom was beautiful and smelling fresh. I definitely recommend this place.

Lots of windows and wide open space inside. Gift shop was nice and helpful picking out the "best" HRC pin. The kitchen has giant windows to, so you can watch them prepare your food. We ordered the HRC nachos with chicken. When they put it up to be delivered to us, it was 3x bigger than anything near it! Parking is free in some spots and pay at the curb in others. I couldn't help but think how Very Clean the downtown area is! Great Place!

When my girlfriend and I first walked in, the lady from the store came to the front and greet us indifferently, like it was a pain sitting us to a table. We ordered two special fruit drinks, and waiter did not even ask if we want the souvenir glass and left. I tried to get him before he brought out our drinks, but when he came out, drinks were done. It was no big deal since we could still get the glass, just no pretty photos of the cups with drinks, but the drinks had no fruits and my girlfriend's drink was not even full. When I asked him why there were no fruit and every other places always provided us fruits, he just said yea yea yea to cut me off. He then went to get the fruit without washing them. He did advice us against keeping the full BBQ ribs for my GF, which was the right choice, but we got the full anyway for a few dollars more. My steak was good. Overall, I personally didn't feel welcome in this Hard Rock Cafe, and I went to several over the US. My GF loves to collect their cups with every city name, and this particular Hard Rock Cafe is ruining our go-to places whenever we visit a new city.
