This was the best ceviche I've ever had. Fresh fish, tomatoes, cilantro, avocado, and limes. Perfect ratios. Paired beautifully with the tortilla chips, which were also fresh and hot! Delicious house margaritas as well.

I can't say enough about the staff here. So friendly and so professional. Amazing! The food was probably even better. We had the Desperado tacos. I had 1 chicken and 1 beef. Both were good. I liked the beef better. The flour tortilla shell was fried and not soggy. The green salsa was to die for. The flavors were perfect. Just enough spice. Then dessert. I would never order this dessert. It is fried latte. OH MY GOODNESS! So good. If you are in this area you must come here.

My friend and I came for lunch last Tuesday and our server, Saul, was amazing.
He was personable, friendly, complimented me, attentive, quick, and an overall great server and person.
The atmosphere is cozy, the dishes are tasteful, pricing is reasonable and fair, presentation of the food is a plus, and portions are generous.

I cant wait to come back! Saul is a huge factor in us returning again.

Eat here once if you visit Dallas. I always make a trip if I'm in town. Margs are very good. Gotta say the desperado tacos, the steak, and bacon wrapped shrimp were fantastic! Crab enchiladas were also really good. The owners son was there and went out of his way to make us feel welcome and taken care of.

The Owner Greeted me, he let me make a custom order, nothing special but I got the Salsa Dip and Chips I asked could he make it SPICY šā£ļø... It's for my mom I get Mexican food for her.
Its a pint of Salsa š¤¤ and they did make it SPICY.. $6.50. I'm so surprised it's not on the menu. It should be.. I recommend the Salsa Dip ā¤ļøš

We are, as a family, still in search of the perfect enchilada. Desperados enchiladas, not perfect, but very good.
The tortillas were sturdy enough not to fall apart, and the fillings were well composed, so they didn't unroll on the fork. My granddaughter had a chicken and a cheese with chili con queso, I had a cheese and a beef with con carne. I wish the cheese had onions, but my granddaughter was glad hers did not. She liked the chicken a lot, and I especially liked the beef. We also, as always, had out chips and queso. The queso was subtle with a mild afterburn not full of non queso junk, like tomatoes or green onions et al. The best part of our trip was the great server, Lupita. Attentive but not intrusive, helpful with menu questions, responsive to every request. So much of a great restaurant experience is dependent on great servers like Lupita. We will definitely be back.

Come here and order the Desperados Tacos with beef. Trust me. Claimed to be a ādallas bestā I was like āIāll see about that!ā. It is. It is Dallasā best. (Theyāre also discounted Thursdayās after 4!) Sweet family owned place. Servers are great. Prices super reasonable. Patio available!

Wowsers!! So close and unknown to me!! I had the Argentinan steak. Very nice! Loved the vodka tonic! Also tries the tortilla soup. Tasty but I wouldn't call it tortilla soup. Will go there again!!

Iāve literally driven by this place everyday for years & never went. Well today I made it a point to go and Iām so very glad I did. When I tell you the food was PHENOMENAL, I honestly mean it! I canāt believe Iāve never been but thatās over. Already told a few friends how great everything was and planning on going with my hubby soon. I had the Desperados Tacos w/beef & chicken and a small guacamole, chips & salsa. Everything was delicious! Iāll be back ASAP!

Great Tex-Mex on Greenville. The service is fast the menu is vast and the food is excellent. Shrimp fajitas, guacamole and queso, along with the tortilla soup is a must try. Great atmosphere. Nice bar area and the margs are special. Top shelf tequila available

I've been coming to this little hideaway for years. Clean and cozy. Being able to visit and dine is what makes this place the tops. Most other restaurants of this caliber are rushed and LOUD. If you would like to catch up or get to now somebody over diner, this is the place. The service and food have never disappointed me.

Came here to celebrate my niece's bday and it was a pleasant surprise. The place is a bit back from the street. If it hadn't of been for the big sign by the street we would of missed it. The inside has a semi-dark ambiance that's nice and cozy. Two eating areas share a double sideded fire place, a large one is in the back part of the restaurant and then they have the bar area with a large portrait of Panch Villa. I loves the music that was playing (different genres of Mexican music). The wait staff was very attentive and quick on their feet. It was the bst service I've had in a long while! The food was amazing. So many different flavors that I had never had before. It's spices and flavors that come from different regions of Mexico that I'm not regularly exposed to. It's more central Mexico style. It was a nice change. We also ordered their award winning Margarita. It was worth the price! You only need one to get a buzz! We were blissfully delighted by the end of our meal! We already want to come back! LOL That patio looked very nice, maybe when the weather gets warmer we can try it out.

Excellent restaurant I've been passing by several times that I haven't looked into until pulling it up on Google maps. With a rating over a 4.0, great reviews, and pictures of their dishes are sure to trigger an appetite, I figured it's time to give this place a try! My mom and I went the Sunday before labor day, were told it was going to be a 25min wait, but we're seated in ten minutes. I love the dim atmosphere and the decor, it is very nice. Our waitress was very nice and attentive, and the food was spectacular! Excellent authentic chips and salsa was enough to get carried away with, but had to save room for their award winning Desperados homemade chicken tacos and a side of refried beans! I'm really a fan of corn tortillas, but the way these flour tortillas are prepared gives these tacos an amazing bite, and they're so good! My mom did enjoy her steak fajitas, which I could smell from across the table. I will definitely return and would love to be your new regulars!
