Review Bugatti Ristorante - Dallas

Impeccable, excellent, and delicious! We just had our team's dinner here, and honestly, the service was impeccable, the atmosphere was excellent, and the food was delicious. No complaints. Our entire group truly enjoyed ourselves and we plan to return. They allowed us to add personal touches in the private room, we had direct patio access, plus they customized and printed our menu. Order the cappuccino pie. Your taste buds will thank you. If you're looking for a classy, welcoming place to dine that serves tasty meals, check out Bugatti. *Bonus: They have good toilet paper. None of that scratchy or cheap stuff. This is rare these days.

Recipes were on point. Drinks were good.. Salad was delicious. He does call you by name and the service is timed well. If I lived closer, I would’ve ordered a to go lasagna..! The crème brûlée was great but the cappuccino pie was the best.

They are moving to a new improved location but regardless This place will forever hold a very special place in our hearts, the owner truly does remember you by name, your favorite dish, it's very rare if ever we like to step out to try something new from "our usual" but when he did recommend something new we actually loved it, when I requested something not on the menu he went above and bound to have his cook still make it for us, the private dining seat by the front door was our quiet place and I go to go right before I gave birth to our final blessing and then a few short weeks after we had our final blessing and then in November he worked with my husband to help make arrangements, receive a shipment of flowers and helped him to pull off out surprise engagement and even made personalized menu jst for that special occasion. The staff is so respectful

Came here to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday. My second time, her first. First off, every employee I saw was wearing their mask and properly. So kudos to them. Well when we first arrived Mr. Zhee (owner) greeted us and asked for our reservation. He showed us to the bar where we could wait until our table was ready. After that he personally showed us to our table. From the moment we sat down to the moment we left the entire staff was amazing!! We started off with the calamari, it was great especially with the sauce. One of the waitresses told us to try the sauce with their bread (she brought is some chili flakes to add to the sauce) and it was delicious too. I had a cup of minestrone soup as part of my entree. It had so much flavor and it paired great with the bread they give you!! I decided to step outside of my comfort zone and ordered the Seafood Belleze. It had clams, mussels, squid, shrimp (2 types), crab claws, and bell peppers over a bed of penne pasta. I would definitely order this again and highly recommend it to others. There was so much food I had some to take home too!! My gf ordered the grilled chicken, she expected some small piece of dry chicken with some veggies. She said that it was really good and would eat it again. It looked really good and if I didn't love seafood and Italian I might order it lol. We ended dinner with cappuccino pie and tiramisu. The tiramisu is hands down one fo the best I've had and could eat a whole plate of it. The cappuccino pie caught our eye while we were looking at the menu, so we had to try it too. It was a good choice, because it was absolutely delicious too!!! But I'm not surprised, everything here is amazing! The price is a little up there, but definitely worth it. The restaurant itself has a great ambiance, and the employees are super friendly and add to the experience! Can't wait to come here again!! Oh almost forgot, they brought out these little homemade cookies along with our dessert. And they were delicious as well!!

I am much more impressed how they were so welcoming, taking care of their customer. Amazing quality of service. Lovely warm environment and great food. Their food was a bit too strong to me, but everyone else I know LOVE this place!

Simply phenomenal. From the beginning to the end the service was out of this world. The food was delicious and perfectly portioned. And my daughter even commented on how she was treated like a princess! We will for sure be back!

Outstanding service. Amazing staff. Very Good food. I've never ate and left place felt they earned 5 stars. Owner took time to talk to tables, staff did the same they joke and have sensor humor. We had not been to Bugatti in a long time (10+ years). We will be going back again soon. A great experience. It starts with first class and first name service. We arrived about 630 Saturday night. The dining room was abt 50% full, when we left it was pretty much full. Service as you would expect was excellent. The food was great. I had lamb chops with pasta and veggies, all of which were delightful. Highly recommend.

Came here with a friend who was visiting from out of state. Beautiful restaraunt, both exterior and interior. Greeted immediately with open arms by the gentleman at the front. All employees of this establishment work as a great team to ensure everyone's dinner is running smoothly. Food was outstanding. From the bread served to start, refreshing caesar salad, to the thin, tender, grilled marinated chicken I ordered I was impressed. Moving from the NJ/NYC area i am a stickler for good Italian food. This place did not disappoint. I was happy to spend my money and will be back! Servers, your positivity and upbeat mood is contagious. Keep that up! Thank you for a wonderful evening!

Took my husband here for Father's Day 2021, it was absolutely Perfect. The tables were beautiful, the food tastes Amazing, and our hosts was very much appreciated. Thanks Guys ..

Had a quiet and pleasant dinner. Waiter was awesome in recommending wine and entrées. Lasagna was fantastic, very tender and cooked perfectly. Owner even came over and talked to us for a bit. Great selection of food and dessert. Happy to have found such a gem to eat at.

A group of six couples who used to work together go to dinner every month. This month we went to Bugatti and EVERYONE loved it and said they would be happy to come back. Everyone was welcoming and service could not have been better. Loved the garlic bread. I had Gamborini (large tender shrimp) and my husband the shrimp parmigiana. Getting there was challenging but now that we know where it is, we will be back.

Buggati ristorante was amazing. The owner Mr Zee welcomes everyone at the door like they're family. My 8 years young daughter was amazed by the excellent service. The food was delicious. If we come back again in Dallas we definitely stopping by. Great experience 👍

A great option for a social distant romantic patio dinner ! Creme brûlée was perfect; not too sweet and delicious crust.

Very nice restaurant. Atmosphere is lovely. I had the crab claws to start and it was so delicious. Then I had the salmon which was tasted good, loved that their was no skin on the bottom. Then dessert was good. Definitely will come back next time come to Dallas.

We have enjoyed their wonderful food and exceptional service for years now and can't recommend it enough. It's no exaggeration that you are welcomed on a first name basis each and every time. It's rare to find a business that maintains such remarkable standards. All we can muster every time we leave is, "Wow..." in the best way possible.

Amazing! The service, the atmosphere, and the food was top notch. The owner visited our table several times ensuring we were having a great experience and enjoyed the food. The server we had was great as well and very knowledgeable. Be sure to try the Veal Marsala and the cannelloni and manicotti combo.

We hosted a wedding rehearsal dinner at Bugatti's, it was perfection! My first contact making the reservation was a good experience, staff was pleasant and went above & beyond to make sure all our needs were met. The service was superb as well as the food, we were not rushed at all during our dinner. The staff has a magic touch to making everyone feel special when dining at Bugatti's. We received many compliments from our guest, who enjoyed Bugatti's! Would definitely recommend for a private dinner.

The food was out of this world,I had the Seabass,best I've ever had.My only concern was a little pricy for me,but I am not use to eating in those places.

I’ve been a regular Bugatti‘s for going on 25 years now. My family has grown up with the Bugatti’s crew for birthdays and special occasions. The food is amazing, the atmosphere is perfect, and they will always make you feel like family whether you’re a regular or it’s your first visit. Can’t wait for our next visit!

The atmosphere was perfect and the food was excellent. My husband eats here all the time but wanted to come from Ft. Worth to bring the family to celebrate his birthday. It was well worth the drive!

We went there a few years back for Nephews between Graduation ceremonies at SMU ... The Service was Great and lunch was Delicious... I had my first Apple Pecan Chicken Salad... Delicious next Time I'll have it without house dressing and Ranch on the side ... Loved the Lasagna and Chicken Fettuccini ...
