We found this place while looking for another place and so glad we did! The hospitality, service and food were all great! Very friendly, welcoming staff - like none I've ever seen! Highly recommend!
I have never had a bad meal here! This place is amazing and authentic. Great mimosas and great service. Pizzas, breads, pasta, salads are all wonderful with fresh ingredients and the best preparation for them. Highly recommend!
The moment you step in Taverna restaurant, you're greeted with the most welcoming atmosphere. The food is a taste bud symphony – each dish is a masterpiece. The staff goes above and beyond with their friendliness, making the entire dining experience feel like a celebration. If you're a fan of Italian cuisine, this is your go-to spot. 5 stars all the way! ❤️🇮🇹🍝
Such a sweet little lunch spot. My first time here and it was a very cozy and warm set up. A little crowded but definitely added to the European-Esque vibe. Although our server was very busy he made sure our glasses were always full and we had everything we needed. Food was delicious and for dessert I asked for an affogato which they didn't have on the menu but made happen just for me!
The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. It's the perfect quiet and cozy setting for a date night. Will most certainly return!
Tried to visit on a Sunday for brunch but did not have reservations. They were packed! So if you're planning to do brunch, make reservations.
We came back on Monday for a late lunch and were glad we did.
The atmosphere is interesting. Casual with open kitchen, dining room concept. Could you use a fresh coat of paint and a little updating of Decor.
Our waiter was pleasant and attentive.
For starters, we shared the beet root salad and meatballs, both excellent choices. The generous portion of meatballs (which could be a meal itself) are legit Italian. You can taste the savory herbs and spices in the delicious homemade gravy.
For our entrees, we had the special risotto with crab and shrimp and salmon. Both were wonderful! Shrimp was a bit overcooked, but over all, dish was good. We had 2 desserts, the Cannoli, which was obviously homemade and tasted wonderful. The clear winner was the flourless molten lava cake. We shared a bottle of wine, the special seasonal Spritz and Cappachino. All the food tasted so good that we just had to get a specialty pizza to go for later! Glad we did, it was wonderful!Definitely, for the cost of the meal and the experience, it is worth the cost, which was reasonable for the value and quantity!! You definitely won't leave hungry. We highly suggest you visit and will definitely be back as we have now found our special date night restaurant.👌😁

Excellent place for extraordinary Italian food. We celebrated our daughter's birthday at Taverna and we felt like we had been transported to a quaint fuori restaurant in Rome. Stellar service...Every morsel of food superb!!
We started with the fritto misto-Perfectly fried and salted, calamari, shrimp, zucchini and eggplant.
Veal parmigiana with spaghetti pomodoro was tender and delicious.
Tagliolini scampi with shrimp was a tangy, garlicky, capery, lemon delight!
My favorite hands down was the homemade fiocchi al gorgonzola. Pillowy pasta, filled with creamy gorgonzola, pears, walnuts, arugula in a light cream sauce. This dish should be experienced by all!
Minestrone soup was good and so was the ceasar salad.
The only thing I could say that is a negative is the tiramisu...not because it wasn't good, because it was, but because it was too small...it was the only thing on the menu not worth the $$
Brunch is always amazing at Taverna. Mimosa carafe at 13 dollars yes pls!!! Their carbonara and avocado toast are so yummy. Make sure you make a reservation. It gets packed on Weekends and yes even on Sundays
Went there with a party of six. Food and drinks were delicious and refreshing. Be prepared to spend a little more, but you get what you pay for in terms of food quality, service, and overall atmosphere.
A group of friends wanted to come here because they'd heard of Taverna's brunch. The eggs benedict were very good, nothing unique or extraordinary. I ordered the regular eggs benedict, with a side of ham, However, my friends ordered the Salmon version, and they look amazing. Next time, I'll order that version of eggs Benedict. The place was pretty, the staff were friendly. We had a wonderful time.
Great pasta, excellent service and a nice atmosphere. Their sauces are very delicious. The Tagliatelle Bolognese is heavenly. They are always willing to customize dishes the way you want them. Peak hours can be quite busy and this location doesn’t take reservations.
My friends and I went on a Friday evening (with reservations via OpenTable) and the wine, cocktails, and entrees did NOT disappoint! I thoroughly enjoyed my dish and broccolini (I loved the spices).
